This is a 1925 Craftsman bungalow that has been fully renovated throughout and has premium wifi for you to enjoy a great getaway. It is a 550 sq ft one bedroom with queen bed, livingroom, kitchen, and small dining area makes for very cozy accomodations. There is one off street parking space. Just in time for summer 2025, we recently installed brand new central air-conditioning at this lovely downtown "casita"!! It was recently updated with new appliances and has a clothes washer and dryer. Great location near the zoo, Tingley Beach (hiking and biking trails near the river), and just blocks from downtown. Off street private parking and private patio area with a Jacuzzi hot tub! Perfect for relaxation.
