Enjoy nature in all its abundance. The simplicity of life feel with hikes over the forest and hallway. Welcome to our home! Observations of wildlife, birds of prey, butterflies and much more. Rooms: large room with kitchen-living room, fireplace (also for heating) + underfloor heating (for tiles), large bright attic: yoga/meditation room (please only enter barefoot/on socks-thank), 2 bedrooms upstairs, other sleeping facilities (living room, barn, gable), only one bathroom, 2nd in extension, large garden.

Separate accommodation with private bathroom

The place is conveniently located (on the L63). Bus station is 100 meters from the property. Parking is possible at the house. A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Cozy cottage in the park, on the Rossel river.

Lovingly renovated, with slightly morbid charm, located in the park of the Buchholzmühle, the cottage is ideal for a romantic time for two. Here you have to be able to heat a tiled stove in the cooler season. A steep staircase leads up to the beds. Downstairs is the kitchen with fridge, stove and oven. The bathroom with shower + toilet is sufficient for daily hygiene. An old gramophone pleases the heart. Ideal for people who value coziness over the highest level of comfort.

Retro apartment

If you love patina walls, vintage furniture and an individual style of furnishing, you will feel comfortable in this apartment. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is bright and can accommodate up to 3 people on 70 square meters. It has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is a 140 cm bed in one bedroom and in the 2nd bedroom has a 90 bed. Please note: As this is an old building, the shower situation is not ideal (no shower curtain can be attached).

Cozy little apartment - arrive and feel good

Gommern is a small town in the countryside near Magdeburg (15 km). In summer, nearby lakes in the beautiful recreational area invite you to swim (free access). Long walks or a small bike trip, we have a lot of nature to offer and are happy to give excursion tips. The apartment (58 sqm) overlooking the countryside is located on the 2nd floor of a small three-family house (8 steep steps), 2 minutes' walk from the train station. Cozy forest hut

Genieße Ruhe und Natur auf einem 6500qm naturbelasenen Waldgrundstück. Die charmante Hütte ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Raus aus dem hecktischen Alltag, die Seele baumeln lassen, radeln, Waldspazieren gehen, Beisammensein, Yoga oder Meditation unter den Bäumen, im Winter im warmen Hotpot eintauchen und den Sternenhimmel bestaunen im Sommer sich erfrischen, grillen und im Garten vom grünen komplet Sichtgeschützt entspannen.

Das Studio HUGO bietet alles, was das Urlauberherz begehrt – ruhig gelegen am Georgengarten, im Radius von einem Kilometer das Bauhaus, die Meisterhäuser und das Kornhaus erreichbar und doch nur wenige Kilometer von der Innenstadt entfernt. Ob nur für einen Wochenendtrip zum Erkunden der Stadt oder auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt, beispielsweise während Ihrer Arbeit in Dessau, lässt es sich im grünen Stadtteil Ziebigk gut leben und entspannen.

Freuen Sie sich auf eine besondere Überraschung: Hier wartet im Dachgeschoss ein wunderbar geräumiger Loft-Raum! Ein Raum mit viel, viel Licht und noch mehr Raumvolumen! Im Zentrum steht das spektakuläre, runde Südfenster, das den Rahmen vorgibt für den Postkarten-Blick auf die Schlosswiese. Nach Westen geht es hinaus zur weiträumigen Terrasse. Das ist das perfekte Frühstückszimmer – und abends der richtige Logenplatz für den Sonnenuntergang.
