Non-smoking apartment of 29 m2 facing south, on the ground floor in a small courtyard. Small bedroom area with 140 bed. Plage du Prieuré 2 min walk, market, city center, Ecluse beach, boat bus to St Malo 10 min away, bakery and bus stop 100m away. Free parking on the boulevard (not at the dead end). Put down your luggage and enjoy the Emerald Coast. This accommodation is located in an old house, the soundproofing is not perfect, you can hear the parquet floors cracking above.

Very nice apartment, 500 m beaches,

apartment of 43m2 independent in ground floor, entrance, fully-equipped kitchen any comfort, south exposed , Free WiFi. One room with 1 double bed (convertible in 2 single beds) and arrangement+ 1 corner(place) harms in mezzanine height 0.70m with a double bed (flexible in 2 single beds)for inferior stays to 7 days a bedsheets options is possible(10 € for 1 double bed ), bath room, washin/drying machine has to wash, closed and individual garage.

28 m2 studio located on the 1st floor of a quiet, bright, south-facing residence, 5 min walk to the market, the Balade du Clair de Lune, Prieuré beach, 10 min to the city center and Écluse beach. Bed width: 1.40 m. Free street parking. From Saint-Malô train station: bus 16 towards Dinard/Saint-Briac, Eglise Notre-Dame/Charles de Gaulle stop 5 min from the studio. Wi-Fi. Possibility of self-check-in via a lockbox. Rated 2 stars since 2020.

Studio of 25 m2 on the 1st floor of a detached house, with separate entrance independent of the owners. The studio is composed of a main space, with kitchen area and sleeping area and a shower room. Located in a quiet area of Dinard, you will have easy and free parking in the cul-de-sac. The house is 2 km from the city center, so it's best to have a car! Check-in from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., after these hours we have a key box.
