Fisherman's house (historic center of Dinard), 50 m from the sea, renovated in July 2017 by an architect. All shops in the immediate vicinity, located on a very quiet street. Mini-golf and thalassotherapy center nearby, the city center of Dinard is a 10-minute walk, Saint-Malo is 25 minutes away and Mont Saint Michel is 50 minutes away. The house consists of a modern living space on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 1 bathroom and a large bedroom on the 2nd floor.

"Montcharmant" Character house ideally located in the heart of the Corbières district, tastefully decorated. Immediate proximity to Ecluse beach, the centre and the market. Calm assured with a very pleasant garden. Ideal for 1 or 2 families. It is imperative to respect the calm of the area out of respect for the neighbourhood, especially after 10:00 p.m. The house is not rented for festive evenings. Bed linen is not provided and the exit cleaning is provided by you.

Small townhouse without exterior of about 50 square meters on 3 levels, located between the village of Saint-Lunaire and the city of Dinard. 100 meters from several beautiful beaches and a beautiful hiking trail... (the customs trail)! Private parking space. We have 2 fairly steep stairs that are not suitable for people with mobility problems and small children (no safety barrier). Toilets on the first floor.
