Le petit studio est sur mon terrain mais indépendant avec sa terrasse couverte privative. Parking clôturé et portail électrique Le petit studio dispose d’une cuisine, d’un canapé convertible et d’une SDB. Il y a un habitant poilu que vous pouvez croiser dans le jardin, il s’appelle Nuts et il adore les humains.

This is the wing of our house in the heart of the village of Plouër-sur-Rance. Plouër-sur-Rance is a commune in the Côtes d'Armor department, ideally located between Saint-Malo and Dinan. You can also visit Dinard, Mont Saint-Michel, Cancale, Cap Fréhel, Fort-la-Latte, Saint-Briac, Saint-Lunaire, Lancieux, and Saint-Cast. Plouër is located on the banks of the Rance River with a beach and a port. Plouër is a great place to live, with its friendly Sunday morning market at the foot of the church.
