Mini-golf and thalassotherapy center nearby, the city center of Dinard is a 10-minute walk, Saint-Malo is 25 minutes away and Mont Saint Michel is 50 minutes away. The house consists of a modern living area on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 1 bathroom and a large bedroom on the 2nd floor.

The house is located in the center of Dinard, 50 m from a large free parking lot, (except July and August) 400 m from the beach and close to shops. You can do everything on foot once you arrive: the famous market (50 m), the market hall, shops, bars, restaurants, cinema, casino, beaches, port (sea bus). Townhouse on the ground floor (55 m2) completely refurbished in 2016, fully equipped with a small garden, ideal for couples alone or with children (sleeps 4)

The house is comfortable, well-equipped, facing south, surrounded by a garden and a high terrace with stunning views.

Between sea and countryside, our vacation home is a quiet and pleasant place, located close to Frémur, 1 km from the beaches, the village and its shops. Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

Located at the back of the plot, out of sight and facing south, it consists of: An intimate terrace of 70 m², a living room, dining room with equipped open kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms: (1 double bed+ 1 single bed) and (1 double bed) Maximum capacity 5 people.

Small terraced house without exterior of about 50 m on 3 levels ,located between the village of Saint Lunaire and the city of Dinard . 100 meters from several beautiful beaches and a beautiful hiking path..( the customs trail)! Private parking space. We have 2 fairly steep stairs that are not suitable for people with mobility problems and young children (no safety barrier). Toilets on the first floor.
