Holiday rentals with breakfast in Điện Bàn

Good accommodation very close to the most living area of Hoi An. If they don't want to be inside downtown but if close, this is a good place

Our stay at Majestic Villa in Hoi An was wonderful. The host, Nguyen, was fantastic—warm, helpful, and always attentive. The room was cozy, spacious, and beautifully maintained. A perfect place to relax after exploring the city!

Kim’s place was wonderful - we were received with warmth, offered pick ups and drops from Da Nang for competitive fees, and given lots of good food and shopping recommendations. The old town and night market are very close. The room was perfect for us, with a lovely balcony with a view. It’s also very smartly laid out, and felt big enough for the 3 of us. The bathroom was really nice too. Complimentary filter coffee at the entrance added to it all. Overall the best place we’ve stayed in so far in Vietnam, thank you so much Kim!

Nice spotless apartment inside 4 star resort hotel. Good beds. Very Clean. All hotel amenities are available to use. Good breakfast. Would recommend.

This is a listing I would love to visit again. It was the best value for money compared to the surrounding hotel resorts, and it was a bit far from downtown Da Nang (in the middle of Da Nang downtown and Hoi An), but there was no inconvenience in accessing the surrounding tourist attractions using Grab. Best place to stay for Danang travelers.

Super friendly host!!! They always greet with a smile and are ready to help anytime with your itinerary. Right when we arrived the room was ready for an early check in and before we were allowed to leave our bags there. We were greeted warmly and the host explained some must-do activities around the homestay! The room was also very clean & tidy with good AC and a fan! no complaints ;)

The location was perfect—the night market is one street over and the ancient town is a less than 5 minute walk. The unit was clean and once they were able to move me to a back room after the first night, it was nice and quiet. Everyone working at the homestay was very kind. Breakfast is simple and convenient when you have an early morning tour.

Volar de Faifo was a peaceful quiet haven, a short walk from the old town. The staff were very helpful in making a solo traveler feel at home. They booked tours, arranged an early breakfast before a morning tour, and arranged transport back to Danang. They recommended good quality tailors for my clothes. My husband thinks that staying at the Hilton is “roughing it”, so after arriving from staying at a five star hotel in Hanoi, he was quite bewildered when we arrived at the Heart Lodge home stay. When he was kindly reminded to remove his shoes (house rules), I could see that he was upset with me for having chosen this place. However, after just a short while, due to the hospitality of the host (Viet) and the comfort and extreme cleanliness of our room and common areas, he relaxed and started to enjoy himself. By the next day, after a good night’s sleep in the comfortable bed, a nice hot shower in the well-appointed bathroom, and after our delicious, very satisfying breakfast of fresh fruits, Vietnamese coffee, our choice of entree, etc., my husband’s attitude improved 100%! At the end of our stay, he was disappointed to be leaving, and vowed to return once again someday. We will always remember our amazing stay at the Heart Lodge and would definitely recommend it to others. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
