Thu’s place is jaw-droppingly magnificent—spotless, bright, and airy, with a design that instantly makes you feel at ease. The view of Hoi An’s beach is simply beautiful, and the space takes full advantage of it. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, which was a nice bonus. The staff were warm and accommodating, and the check-in process was smooth and effortless. We also really appreciated Thu’s responsiveness and transparency—it made everything feel easy and stress-free. We truly wish we could’ve stayed longer and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Definitely a recommended stay for anyone visiting Hoi An and Da Nang!

My family had the most wonderful time. Communication from the very start was easy and clear and responded quickly to my questions and requests. The apartment is lovely and as pictured. The apartment is very spacious and located in a quiet area, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. It also offers access to a pool, which was a nice bonus. The host was extremely welcoming and hospitable. It's a bit further away from the center, so there are fewer dining options nearby.

Pros: The facilities are clean, there is a swimming pool if you go down, and there are all the kitchen utensils, so it's good to eat. The water is clean even with a toilet filter. Each room has an air conditioner and is strong. Dun Branch: The location is in the middle of Da Nang and Hoi An, so it is about 200,000 dong one way for 6 people. You can see a casino around, and it's all a resort, so there's nothing wrong with it. Grab delivery is a delivery fee of 55,000 VND. The smell of the bathroom comes up, but there is no problem using it. There is no dryer, so the air conditioner is dried inside. It's not bad, it's a good place if you just have a staycation. There are many good companies because you take a deposit of 2 million dong, change water and towels, and clean them every day.

Kieu anh is a great host and her property is flawless. We had everything we need and the apt is like a bungalow that you can walk from your apt to garden. Top option for 2 bed here

This is by far my favorite go-to place whenever I visit Hoi An. I absolutely love this resort— I loved the pool, the private beach, the hammocks, and riding bikes around the beautiful property. Such a wonderful stay! And the apartment with the beautiful ocean view is just perfect. One of my favorite moments is enjoying a bath in the afternoon, with sunlight streaming into the bathroom—it’s truly relaxing. Also, regarding the host, Minh was incredibly helpful and proactive in making sure we had a great stay, and we really appreciated the free airport pick-up and drop-off. Thanks again—until next time!

It was a high season, but it was cheaper than other places, and the spa was used, and the private pool was so good. Cleaning was cleaned right away when I ate breakfast, and he cleaned the pool every morning. But the massage was a little embarrassed because the male massage slope came in with me. Vu's listing was exactly as described. We were a party of 12 people and the 5 bedrooms was exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend this place. The villa was new and in excellent condition.

The place was super decorated, especially clean and there were fresh towels every day. The pool was nice, but very busy at certain times, so it was also very noisy. If there was a problem, I got a response right away. To reach restaurants and attractions you need a grave. If that doesn't bother someone, the quiet accommodation is highly recommended!

Great apartment with amazing location, right next to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped, nice lighting and bathtub. Netflix available. Mia provided motorbike rental which was delivered to the apartment to us, so convenient! Just a note that you have to pay extra to use the pool since the apartment is not part of the hotel, that’s no problem but it’d be helpful to know prior to bookings. Overall highly recommend!
