Holiday rentals with beach access in Điện Bàn

We had a lovely time in the studio in the Wyndham, it's a lovely place to stay with kids for 2 weeks. Nice pools, grass/beach area and easy to enjoy. The host provided us with solutions and answers when needed.

It was nice to be able to use good facilities for the price.

Very friendly and accommodating host I enjoyed my stay and extended it twice for the duration of my trip the room is very clean and I would definitely recommend it if you don't mind being a little ways away from Da Nang but I would definitely stay again

We had good stay with and got allowed to check in early. Smooth communication. Private beach is beautiful and easy to access.

We loved staying at this property. Resort service, comfort and amenities. We really enjoyed how peaceful and clean it was. It felt like home and we enjoyed so much we decided to stay here again. The only downside is that is a little further from town, but if peace and relaxation is what you want and a family friendly environment than this place is for you! The host is also very nice, and proactive. Great stay!

We loved our stay at Hoàng Tân’s apartment. The space is clean, bright, and has everything you’ll need for a perfect stay. The amenities are amazing! We stayed for over 1 week and enjoyed our time at the pool and walking the beautiful grounds. The beach access was amazing too. There are many areas to relax and enjoy a meal or drink. Convenient onsite gym, too. It was easy to get a grab into town or have food delivered. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend!

I stayed here for a week and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Hoi An that wants an amazing ocean view, big balcony, and access to one of the best resorts in the area. The photos don’t do it justice — the balcony wraps around offering commanding views of the ocean and even Da Nang from every room. The beds are super comfortable — the best I had in Vietnam. Two bathrooms one with a shower and the other a tub with a view. The kitchen, while small, has all you need to cook and the host provided generous amounts of water as well. The resort grounds are stellar — with 3 pools incl. indoor, a gym with high quality equipment, and access to the beach. There’s not much happening in the general area, but a 15min l taxi ride gets you into old town which is packed with things to do and eat. There are also two small mini marts near the hotel to get drinks and snacks. As a final note, I left something at the room and the host drove it to the airport in time for my flight. 10/10 service!

It is the best family retreat. You can stay in the villa and relax in the hot weather without walking around a lot. In the villa, you can also use breakfast directly as room service when ordering separately, and Grab is also available, but you can also use a car comfortably without much difference. The villa has all the tools to make food, so it would be a good idea to buy something to eat in advance at Lotte Mart, etc. The villa staff are all nice and friendly.

It was a high season, but it was cheaper than other places, and the spa was used, and the private pool was so good. Cleaning was cleaned right away when I ate breakfast, and he cleaned the pool every morning. But the massage was a little embarrassed because the male massage slope came in with me. I loved everything about the villa! There is a tennis court and basketball on the property, I also liked that there is access to a private beach. In general, you will not get bored there!!

Six years ago, I was satisfied using the Ocean Villa with my family, so I went back this time by recommending this accommodation while going to Da Nang with my acquaintances again.The condition of the bathroom or kitchen was a little low, but I enjoyed it comfortably while it was almost tidy.In particular, the swimming pool attached to the accommodation and the large swimming pool were well maintained, so it was good for children to play in the water, and it was comfortable to have a life jacket.The bar food next to the large swimming pool is also good for Korean taste, and carbonara cream is the best ^ ^ I want to go again ~

Thanks to the friendly host, we had a comfortable stay with two families. I'm going to stay at Justin's place again. It's the best!! ^ ^

The villa was spacious and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The private pool was kept clean and the beach was just a short walk away, making it the perfect place to relax. Kate responded quickly and the staff at the villa were friendly and helpful- Xuan and Huong, always ready to assist with any requests. The location was also great - quiet but convenient for exploring Da Nang and Hoi An. However, there is no convenience store in the area, the nearest which is about 2km away. Also, the housekeeping could pay more attention to detail. Overall, we had a great experience and would still recommend this villa, especially for families or groups looking for a private beach.

I recommend this place to stay; I will definitely be staying here again. The host is really responsive and helpful. The location is strategic, a two-minute walk to the beach, and it is even better when you get a beach-view unit.

Great place to stay. Very good location right next to the beach with many good restaurants near by. I would be aware that the use of the gym or pool is 100.000 vnd/use, which isn’t too much but just something to know. Great stay here - would highly recommend this place.
