It is located in a very good place. If it's far away, of course you can use the buggy, but this accommodation is a walk to the main swimming pool and You can move the pool in the beach Both spacious bedrooms and bathrooms were satisfactory, and the kitchen facilities on the first floor were also perfect.

Wooden house has a soul. It's personal, well situated, nice gardens in front and in back of the house. Safe, beautiful, hss all you need for also a longer stay. Small restaurants and cafes close, also other services like massage or tailor in the neighborhood. And Tuyen is so friendly and helpful host! Anything we needed he helped, and more. I warmly recommend Wooden house and Hoi An to people, who want to stay in a smaller town. All is close for the house bikes to reach: city center, beaches, restaurants, gym, the rice fields, all Vietnam! Best of all is to get lost in the neighborhoods small streets and meet the warm friendliness of the people. Vietnam is something special!

This house is in a neighborhood between Da Nang and Hoi An, perfect if you want to be able to go to both. It is very secluded, no stores around to buy food or drinks but when you call a taxi they arrive in 5-10mins. There is a club house restaurant, bar, beach and pool. Had issues with some plugs not working and the host took care of it right away. Very responsive to messages. Great spot for families but we did not feel uncomfortable as a group of young adults.

Ha is a great host who responds quickly. The two-storey villa is beautiful, clean and very very close to the resort restaurant , swimming pool and beach. It takes just 1 minute to walk from the villa to the swimming pool and restaurant. You can actually see the beach from the pool. The white sandy beach is the reason of our visit to Danang. We are simply thrilled by the long stretch of white sand. If you want more restaurant choices, you can take a taxi to town which is just 15-20 minutes away.

12 of my closest friends and family members stayed for 3 nights very comfortably and enjoyably. It was spacious, clean, and it was nice to have a cool air conditioner, and Danang restaurants and bars were hot because the air conditioner was too weak. The host responded so kindly to SARAH, and it was a fireworks period in Da Nang, but they booked a sky36 bar vip stone in Novotel, so I had a beautiful and unforgettable experience with a flame burst right in front of me.

Great for a retreat Since I lived in a place without bugs or ants, these things were a little unfamiliar, but it wasn't bad. I think it would be better to have breakfast, but it was nice to swim in a private place in the morning. I'm going to have a fun and meaningful week.

what can be better than a host that upgrades your room for free? Great place to stay, but the place is kinda far away from downtown Danang. It's nice to relax here with less crowd though.

I stayed for a long time and will list from the disadvantages of the place. Overall, it was clean, but the washing machine and crib were dirty. In the case of the washing machine, you replaced it because it couldn't be cleaned. The crib is very dangerous and worn, so I bought new bedding locally and I cleaned it. The clothes dryer was also old and rusty. I stayed for about a week, but the mattress is uncomfortable, and the bedding is on the 4th day? I replaced it once on day 5. I think it would be better to replace this area often. The floor is marble and is a dangerous environment for small children. However, when I requested a kids' mat, I would like to thank you for delivering it with a low bed mat. The advantage is that the swimming pool was cleaned every day, so it was clean, and the people who cleaned the house every day came and cleaned it neatly. They responded quickly whenever I needed something to make it possible. They were all kind. If my child was somewhat big, it would have been okay, so I give you a 5 overall rating, but if the child is young, it's light. Laundry is unnecessary, and the child is so large that you can go back and forth on the second floor, and if you go on a family trip, it is considered a good accommodation for the value.

We loved our stay! Beautiful apartment, very comfortable beds. Amazing pool and beautiful beach. Very relaxing! Half way between Hoi An and Da Nang. Cheap to Grab to either. We appreciated the daily water and coffee. Highly recommend and hope to come back here 😊

Cozy place for a family trip. Pool is perfect and beach is beautiful. But a little remote from markets or stores. Hoang is the best host ever!!! Quick respond to all my questions. Gonna choose her again next time I come to Da Nang.

We loved staying at this property. Resort service, comfort and amenities. We really enjoyed how peaceful and clean it was. It felt like home and we enjoyed so much we decided to stay here again. The only downside is that is a little further from town, but if peace and relaxation is what you want and a family friendly environment than this place is for you! The host is also very nice, and proactive. Great stay!

A comfortable and spacious place from which to enjoy a lovely holiday exploring the area. “Private” pool a bit small, but a nice plunge pool, and excellent resort pools to share. Everything was great!

This is by far one of the best AirBNB stays we have ever stayed in. The service and hospitality that Thu and his family provide is absolutely phenomenal and their villa is beautiful. The villa is in a great location relative to the beach and the old town and there’s great local restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend for any group of people.

This is a listing I would love to visit again. It was the best value for money compared to the surrounding hotel resorts, and it was a bit far from downtown Da Nang (in the middle of Da Nang downtown and Hoi An), but there was no inconvenience in accessing the surrounding tourist attractions using Grab. Best place to stay for Danang travelers.
