Residency was an absolute breath of fresh air! After the vibrant energy of Hanoi, it was wonderful to retreat to such a peaceful and luxurious apartment. Stunning view of lake, the incredible onsen facilities, the well-equipped kitchen. The apartment was impeccably clean, stylishly furnished, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful with all our inquiries. We particularly enjoyed bath tub. It truly felt like a wellness escape, and we left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a serene and upscale experience near Hanoi!"

We loved our stay at the Zen House, highly recommend for anyone visiting Hoi An. Nhu is so lovely and gave us a lot of recommendations for local eateries etc. Safe and private little villa, great air-con to cool the room and with a refreshing rock pool, I can see why this place is often booked! Looking for a forest getaway steeped in traditional Vietnamese culture and far from the city? This 300-year-old estate lets you experience local heritage right on its grounds — check out the delicate wooden carvings everywhere. We left completely recharged: no mobile-signal distractions, simple home-cooked meals from the housekeeper Mai (nearby restaurants were off-season), and the ancient house's open windows kept us very close to nature every moment. Meeting Ha, our warm and attentive host, made the stay even more special. Thank you so much.

Bungalow – Whispers of Stream & Terraced Fields

We loved our stay in the bungalow here. the view was incredible looking over terraced rice fields and mountains. It is very close to Hui Waterfall down a steep path. it was refreshing to go down for a swim in the waterfall pools. the family living on site hosting us were incredibly warm and welcoming. the food was delicious and it was so nice being amongst them playing with the children and watching the grandmother weave on her loom. Yén was very proactive in ensuring we were well looked after and happy on the lead up and throughout our stay. she gave great local tips and timings of local markets to visit. I was unfortunately quite unwell during our stay so had to stay at the bungalow one of the days but yen and the family checked in and even offered several times to bring me medicine. it was very appreciated. we slept very peacefully here to the sounds of the ricefields and frogs. Thank you for having us!!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two months. I'm glad we stayed here, it was a tropical paradise, but there were a few annoyances. The Good: -The place is beautiful, the porch and yard are a wonderful private park like setting. Morning coffee on the porch watching the birds and squirrels and listening to the waves was a delight -We really appreciated the small espesso machine, and laundry in the unit. Plenty of soap and shampoo, water provided every week. Cold AC and hot showers -It's near the Ham Tien market and a small supermarket. Dong Vui, Chez Oanha, and Gin coffee were our favorite nearby restaurants. The bad -It doesn't stay clean as the thatched roof results in a lot of dust/debris, insects, and geckos(poop) -The doors and windows don't have a good seal, or screens and so we always had a few mosquito bites. -Neighborhood noises(yelling, karaoke, honking) easily go through the thatched roof. I'm a wingfoiler but there were too many boats/nets to easily launch from here.
