Holiday rentals with breakfast in Điện Bàn

Amazing Hoi An homestay! The host family is so welcoming and amazing throughout our stay. Our families really hit it off and our son was treated as part of their family and misses his 'sister' so much. The location is right in the historic town of Hoi An in the walking zone not too far from the covered bridge. That puts you right in the heart of town and close to everything you are coming to Hoi An for. At the same it is in the walking zone so it's actually fairly quiet in the day and silent at night. 10-minute walk to the night market and so many bars and restaurants. The host has a cafe that serves great food all day along with drinks, coffee and ice cream. We enjoyed daily! The home has 4 bedrooms, three of them upstairs with 3 full bathrooms (1 downstairs) allowed our family to have their own space as needed. Great living space and kitchen/dining. Cute private courtyard with saunas and soaking tubs w/jets! We have spent 10 nights in this home and look forward to our return!

Geweldige host die ook nog wat tips gaf voor de omgeving. Heerlijke zwembad waar je lekker kan verkoelen in de hete zon! Grote ruime villa met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt.

Wir haben uns bei Hoa nach seinem persönlichen Empfang sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war top ausgestattet und schön. Außerdem haben er und seine Schwester uns coole Tipps gegeben, was wir unternehmen/essen können. Alles in allem war es sehr schön!

More then I expected. Loved the vegan lunches, the community spirit, and the calm aura of this place and the friendly people. Hope to visit once again in the near future! 🍉 Martine

Buen alojamiento muy cerca de la zona de más vida de Hoi An. Si no quieren estar dentro del centro pero si cerca, este es un buen lugar

By far the best service we’ve ever received! Felt like we were welcomed by our own family and the meals for breakfast were so delicious. We absolutely recommend for service, location, and welcoming!!!

Kim’s place was wonderful - we were received with warmth, offered pick ups and drops from Da Nang for competitive fees, and given lots of good food and shopping recommendations. The old town and night market are very close. The room was perfect for us, with a lovely balcony with a view. It’s also very smartly laid out, and felt big enough for the 3 of us. The bathroom was really nice too. Complimentary filter coffee at the entrance added to it all. Overall the best place we’ve stayed in so far in Vietnam, thank you so much Kim!

we loved our stay in Hoi An at Hien’s place. their accommodations definitely made us enjoy our experience even more. originally, we booked here for a week. we ended up staying close to two. the room was super clean and had what we needed and the hosts were awesome. they set us up with our motorbike, helped us exchange money, and let us buy the big jugs of water from them. The place is situated right in the middle between the beach and old town. Recommend renting a motorbike to get around. highly recommend!

Great location close to everything you need in Hoi An. Extremely friendly host always responsive and helpful with anything you need. Lovely clean room and everything works. Everything was fantastic

We had a lovely stay at the Thanh Luan homestay. Mrs Trinh made us feel very welcome and the breakfasts were lovely: I particularly enjoyed the banana pancakes and fruit salad! Recommendations of a nearby restaurant and a tailor were very much appreciated, as was the bus she booked for us at the end of the trip. The old town is nicely within walking distance and it was good to have the use of the bicycles to go further afield. I would definitely recommend staying here, particularly if you are new to Hoi An as Mrs Trinh gives such helpful advice.

Die Unterkunft war super gelegen, die Vermieterin konnte sehr gut Englisch und war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns spontan Touren gebucht und hat uns gute Tipps für Hoi An gegeben. Wir konnten auch nachdem wir ausgecheckt sind, noch den ganzen Tag unser Gepäck in der Unterkunft lassen. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Können das Airbnb sehr empfehlen!!

No words can describe how beautiful the stay was. The host was beyond hospitable in every way and strived to make us feel welcomed from another country . The location was great and walkable to old town and many other place with great food and many different shops . They even offered free bikes for us to ride around the city with and indeed I did all the way to the beach which was about a 20 min ride.. ( if your fit lol) . Highly recommend!

Nice clean unit, really close to town and you can walk to almost everything. Zin was really helpful. Zins sister Susan has two fantastic restaurants downtown. A little music comes through from town at night so if you require a really quiet room, ask for one of the ones in the back of the house.

This is a lovely family to stay with in Hoi An. You’re a 15 minute walk from the city centre or a short bike ride. The room was very nice and the family was lovely. I also enjoyed the breakfast provided.

I don’t say this lightly, but this place was incredible! Incredible location just on the edge of the old quarter so it’s not too loud but everything is less than a 10 minute walk. They are the kindest, most friendly people ever. You get to choose your breakfast from a menu everyday that’s included and they were super helpful with local recommendations and organising a motorbike for us to use. Hoi A was our favourite part of our Vietnam trip and this home stay made it that much better! Actually cannot recommend it enough!
