Grade II listed former brewery mill with a southfacing private courtyard garden. Rate is for 3 rooms - two doubles and a single (5 guests) - not all four rooms (up to 7). Perfectly located to explore some of south Derbyshires most beautiful sights, Calke Abbey, Staunton Harold, Donington Race track are all nearby.

Granville House West Wing

The apartment is on 3 floors within a grade II listed building. The kitchen is spacious with a log burner and all the nice appliances such as an American style fridge freezer, wine cooler, range cooker, coffee machine and a dishwasher. The glass-blown staircase leads up to the the snug and dressing room, which is cosy, off this is the bathroom with a large walk in shower and an infa-red sauna. The staircase in the snug leads up to the bedroom which is under a beautiful array of beams.
