Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Derby

Great stay at Jennie’s house. Loved the location for Sherwood Forest, Nottingham Castle and the Tramway Museum. Kids loved the garden and hot tub and the beds were comfortable. Would recommend.

Myself, my partner and our dog had a wonderful few days at Bridgefoot cottage, the photos don't do it justice is is bigger than it looks and so cosy. the garden is such a gem our dog loved it, fully enclosed and the hot tub was perfect after a long walk in the morning. Cottage itself was pristine, full of character and had everything we needed so we didn't need to contact the host for anything additional but I'm sure he would have been quick to help if we needed it. We cooked most nights but did order from the Indian (menu in the welcome book) which was a lovely change, we also walked into Calver and had some cake from the cafe there next to the Spar shop which was delicious. Great location with lots of beautiful walks nearby, one starting over the bridge and another if you turn left out of the cottage and continue down the lane you will pass through sheep fields and find yourself at Froggat woods. It truly felt like a home away from home and we would love to return in the future

Absolutely beautiful place, everyone was impressed when they arrived! Beds were lovely and comfortable, bathrooms and showers were great, and we loved the hot tub! There was so much space and such beautiful surroundings. Really quick drive to the closest train station too, so was nice and easy to pick people up as they arrived. And the hosts were super helpful. Can't recommend enough!

Had a wonderful stay with my friends for 1 night! Perfect for a big group, lovely bedrooms and a big sized living room. Set in a gorgeous location with countryside views. We had a great meal in the local pub and made use of the hot tub at the property. Overall a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone!

Lovely stay at Runner Ducks Cottage. Stayed here on our way to the Lake District. Charlotte was very accommodating and even allowed our parents to park their camper van on their property as they were joining us on the journey 😊. Very cosy cottage surrounded by animals and beautiful countryside. The hot tub was a huge hit and it was wonderful to chill in there whilst taking in the beautiful view. We were a group of 2 families who live at opposite ends of the country and Orchard barn and Anvil cottage were the perfect meeting spot for us! We loved the breeze house and the hot tub and there were so many outdoor seating areas to enjoy the sunshine and the views. The cottage itself had everything you could need and the appliances and furnishings were all high end and spot on. The kitchen was very well equipped and a gas BBQ was available for us to use. Adam met us at check in and ran us through anything we needed to know and he offered great suggestions for things to do - the Dod and Partridge pub being a favourite! We had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

An absolute gem of a place! Exquisitely decorated with the best fixtures and fittings, luxury bedding and towels in an idyllic setting. Perfect for my girls weekend away, the hot tub was the icing on the cake. We will be back!

We've just returned from a girls weekend at Gopsall Farm and stayed in pod 2. It was everything we hoped it would be and the cows for neighbours was an added bonus. It was a very relaxing break, we made great use of the hot tub, had drinks in Farm pub, listening to live music and taking in the beautiful views from our decking. The bottle of fizz on arrival was a lovely touch and went down very nicely. All the amenities you could need were supplied. I would thoroughly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed. We will definitely be back.

Really enjoyed our stay at the cabin, my family had a wonderful time and could not recommend this place enough. Liz was great at communicating with us throughout our stay, she was lovely and welcoming. We definitely plan on staying again, perfect place for a quiet and relaxing break.
