Spacious and elegant, with tasteful décor and everything you need for a comfortable and unforgettable stay with family or friends. Being away from the town centre guarantees tranquillity and privacy. We recommend having a vehicle to get around, including to access the rubbish collection point.

Relax with the whole family in an incomparable setting such as the natural park of Mount Montgó in Denia, with fantastic views between the sea and the mountains. The house is an oasis of peace. Denia has miles of sandy and rocky beaches, where you can practice all kinds of water sports and from the house you can go hiking in the mountains. In the house there are also brochures with all the sports and cultural activities. Dénia is declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

Very private house in a quiet area at the foot of Montgó. Air conditioning and heating throughout the house. 13.5 x 4.5 m swimming pool and jacuzzi. Heated pool (ask for price). Sun all day. A 1-minute walk to a private clinic, supermarket, café and a 10-metre walk to restaurants. 5 minutes by car to the historic centre, 15 minutes to Playa del Puerto and 5 minutes to the town. You'll find traditional shops and restaurants. 5 beds, 1 queen bed, 2 bathrooms, huge terrace.

Apartamento con piscina a 350 metros de la cala Advocat y 500 metros de Cala Baladrar. Playas de agua cristalina para tomar sol, nadar, hacer snorkel y disfrutar de las vistas. Piscina de 8x4 metros y terraza. Puedes acceder a pie a Cala Advocat y Cala Baladrar, dejando tu coche en nuestro parking. Si no tienes coche hay transporte público que pasa frente a la Villa. Además, tenemos un supermercado Aldi a 100 metros. Aviso importante en la descripción del espacio.

El supermercado más cercano está a 5 minutos andando y está rodeado de restaurantes y chiringuitos, además de contar con transporte público hacia el centro de Denia. Las mascotas son bienvenidas sin coste adicional!

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.
