Very clean. There are a lot of dishes. 3 floors. There is a living room kitchen on the ground floor. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms. On the 3rd floor there is 1 bedroom. Each bedroom has a toilet and air conditioning. The living room also has its own toilet and air conditioning. The pool is cleaned every other day (clean). From the wishes - no children's cots, high chairs. Great villa. Recommended to book

This home and the host were amazing. The home has so much character. I wished I could take it with me. The host responded quickly and offered guidance on an array of our requests. I feel so lucky that we got to stay here. Clean, everything was operational, not one thing could be improved on.

We had an amazing 5-night stay at Osman's place. There's a lot to visit around, within 20-30 mins by car. The nearest beach is 10 mins ride away. The big MM Migros is just 5 mins ride away, in the centre of Kumluca. The villa is very big, surrounded by beautiful orange trees, very private and relaxing. Definitely a 5-star recommendation!

A complete oasis of peace. You are completely spared from everyday stress and annoying people. You are completely private. If even locals drive by/going by, they can't see anything. The house and surroundings are simply a dream. I can only recommend it for those who would like to protect their privacy and love nature. You could expand the kitchen utensils a little but you can cook great despite it. We were there for 5 days, I wish we could stay longer. Mr. Tarkan was very helpful and was always available. The pool was totally clean and beautiful. Long talk briefly, I highly recommend it.

Deborah and Önder were very caring and sweet people. They helped us with everything, asked about our shortcomings and found solutions. It was one of the sweetest houses in Kalkan. We had everything we needed. We will come again next year. Thanks for everything. 🤍

It was a perfect, sweet and extremely clean house. You can stay with peace of mind. The location is very central and you can easily reach everywhere. Communication with Ms. Esra was very easy, whenever we wrote, we received an immediate response. If we come back, it's definitely a place we'll choose again. Thank you so much for everything.

It was a suitable environment for my wife, who is well isolated from the surroundings and is hijab. We felt that the house had a soul. It was thoughtfully arranged and spacious with its garden. The information and photos of Hüseyin gave about the house were exactly right, and there was even more. A place suitable for a nice relaxing holiday. You can order your needs from local markets, but there are a wide variety of things that can be done by taking advantage of the amenities of the Villa and not leaving the house. So it's good to do a nice shopping and go. Because you don't want to waste time constantly in Kaş or Kalkan. The only thing to note is that it will be beneficial to have a private vehicle to arrive at the Villa. Zâten Hüseyin informed us about this as well.

We loved our stay at this apartment! It was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We had a bit of an issue with the shower but Ahmet was very responsive and fixed this quickly, The apartment is well located and is a short (but very steep) walk into the old town. The balcony had the most amazing views over Kas and we caught some incredible sunsets! Would definitely recommend to others looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

The location of the house was perfect. The minibus line between Fethiye and Ölüdeniz runs through the street in front of the house. It has a service every 10-15 minutes. You will not have any problems with transportation. You can reach Ölüdeniz or Kayaköy by minibus in 15-20 minutes. Dining on the balcony of the house was very enjoyable. We had a nice week with my wife. Thank you to Ms. Pelin and her family for their hospitality.

Great place with an amazing view of the city! Rooms were really clean and Oguz did a great job with check-in and communication. If you like walking to the restaurants and shops, it’s a pretty steep hill to get down to them but manageable. There is also a hiking trail right across the road behind the place which was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Meltem’s place for two weeks and would definitely recommend! The location is great, as it’s close to town and whether you have a car or not you won’t have issues as there’s also a dolmuş (bus) stop close by. The view is lovely, and being a bit higher up means you get some mountain breeze! The apartment itself was also lovely, and clean! We had most things we’d need but as we were staying a little longer there was the odd thing missing - but Meltem was very helpful and would immediately bring anything extra we asked for. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning to Kaş and would love to stay here again! Thank you to Meltem and her husband for a lovely stay 🙏🏻

The location is great, right near the internet red triangle plum machine.Less than 5 minutes walk to the town centre.The room is big, there is a small balcony, you can see the sea.The room is fully equipped, there is a kitchen and washing machine, we still washed our clothes here, which is very convenient!

I stayed here in October while meeting family and working remotely. The place perfectly met my needs for a quiet space with easy access to the beach. It’s only a 5-7 minute walk to the quieter part of the public beach, which is free to access. Shops like groceries, a butcher, a bakery, and plenty of restaurants are all conveniently nearby. The environment is peaceful and secure, with access to a pool area, and the busier resort and shopping area is just a 5-10 minute walk away. The house had everything one could need, with thoughtful attention to even the smallest details. The kitchen was very convenient, and the balcony offered a beautiful Californianesque mountain view. The WiFi on-site ranged between 2-10 Mbps, but I used a local Turkcell SIM card, which provided much faster speeds of 100-150 Mbps, making it perfect for remote work. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

We were very pleased with our family stay, the site and the environment are very safe and suitable for families. All the items are available in the apartment, and Mr. Oğuz is very friendly and helped us a lot. As far as we can see, the location is in a neighborhood with summer villas and therefore a little far from the city center. We used the minibuses on our trip. There is a minibus stop 4 minutes away and you can go to the city center from there. As a result, it was a great stay, we would like to thank Mr. Oguz again.

The apartment is lovely with an amazing balcony and great views. All the facilities were good and the kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. The pool was lovely and always quiet- again the views from the pool are unbeatable. We walked to the town in around 10 minutes (down a steep hill). We mainly caught taxis back as the hill is steep and it was very hot but that was always easy and around TL170-200 per trip so not expensive. Kas itself is lovely- lots of restaurants, platform beaches (Hilary's recommendations were the best- Lemonya and boat trip to Limangazi). We also enjoyed a longer boat trip to Kerkova. Hilary was very friendly and responsive and helpful with anything we needed- the welcome food and wine was much appreciated.

Excellent stay, I have enjoyed a lot and it was even sad to check out. Kitchen is very well equipped, TV, got Netflix on it. 5 mins walk to crowded city center and all the fancy cafes. Up hill on the way back home after, but I am totally fine with 5 minutes exercise like that, for me it was a benefit. Ahmet and Marie are super nice people, I am honored to meet them.

We’ve sadly just finished our stay in Minerva. It was the perfect base for our family of four (two teenage daughters). The apartment was well equipped with all we needed and more, including a water cooler which was a huge bonus. The beds were comfortable and the pool was our own. As stated, the accommodation is a short walk to the town centre, but has plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants even closer - it couldn’t have been better. It’s situated on a small side road so as well as being close to amenities, it’s blissfully quiet and private. In he whole, the experience with Jane and Minerva was faultless and our stay in Kalkan felt like a comfortable, sunny home from home.

Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰

We had a perfect accommodation experience as a family. All the details are considered in the house. The view is already number 10. I definitely recommend it
