New, clean, comfortable apartment in a quiet village. The apartment is perfectly renovated and clean. All necessary utensils are available. Towels. Slipper. Balcony with a wonderful view. There's silence around. 2 showers and two toilets There is hot water and good water pressure. We arrived by car and were able to move freely. We really enjoyed our stay at Aydin's place. Lovely views and a well equipped home with everything you need. Kalkan is also a beautiful area with nice shops and restaurants.

We had a great time in Kash! ☀️ Apartment is spacious and clean. It has a lovely balcony. Quiet location and beautiful view of the sea and the island of Kastellorizo. Supermarkets nearby. Washing machine and large refrigerator was a great help to us. When we arrived, it smelled from the drain in the bathroom, after we flushed the drain with water, everything was fine. We recommend a car, as it is very mountainous in the center. The Büyükcakil Plaji is nearby and we can also recommend the Belediyesi Halk Plaji.💙 Thanks to Suleyman, he was always quick to reach, answered our questions and sent us tips 👍🏻 We would have liked a few cotton towels in the kitchen for drying, a large sharp knife and a few hooks on the walls in the entrance area and the bedroom. Overall a very nice stay!

It is on the hill, but this is not a disadvantage, on the contrary, you should stay in this house and see the view rather than staying somewhere below and seeing the building view. We were warmly welcomed by Seher in front of the house. A very nice, loving hostess. We entered the apartment with enthusiasm. Cleanliness and care were very good. There is everything you need. The view from the terrace was the most beautiful. The view from above of Kalkan and the sea was magical. We were spoiled with treats by Seher and her adorable daughter. Great Villa with great location.

The house is very clean, the apartment has all the amenities , a good aura, the view from the terrace is really just chic exactly as pictured. The only disadvantage is the lack of an elevator. The apartment is on the 4th floor.

This is our second time renting this place! On our second arrival, we liked the house even more. Every corner in the house is thought out by a caring hostess. If you want to take photos with amazing views and relax like in your home, then you definitely need to come here. We'll definitely be back. Great place to stay with the family. Scenic, Mountain View, stone house and the pool. Loved it! They send a guide for the town, however not all the things said are matching to this house. I think it is a standard guide they send to everyone using their other premises. Would be good if it is updated according to the property like the distance to the sea etc

Amazing location and fabulous views. We were met my Mehmet inspite of an awkward arrival time. Everything was exactly as described. Communication was excellent. We had no issues and would definitely book again. Highly recommended.

8 minute walk to downtown and 12 minute walk back. My wife’s and very fit and know that a non-fit person would find it difficult to walk there and back. For us it was amazing and far enough From the clubs downtown

I stayed here in October while meeting family and working remotely. The place perfectly met my needs for a quiet space with easy access to the beach. It’s only a 5-7 minute walk to the quieter part of the public beach, which is free to access. Shops like groceries, a butcher, a bakery, and plenty of restaurants are all conveniently nearby. The environment is peaceful and secure, with access to a pool area, and the busier resort and shopping area is just a 5-10 minute walk away. The house had everything one could need, with thoughtful attention to even the smallest details. The kitchen was very convenient, and the balcony offered a beautiful Californianesque mountain view. The WiFi on-site ranged between 2-10 Mbps, but I used a local Turkcell SIM card, which provided much faster speeds of 100-150 Mbps, making it perfect for remote work. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.

We stayed in Fethiye and absolutely loved it! The place had an amazing sea view and a peaceful atmosphere—perfect for relaxing. Everything was just as expected, and we’d definitely love to visit again!
