Новая, чистая, комфортная квартира в тихой деревне. В квартире идеальный ремонт и чистота. Есть вся необходимая посуда. Полотенца. Тапочки. Балкон с чудесным видом. Вокруг тишина. 2 душа и два туалета. Есть горячая вода и хороший напор воды. Мы приехали на машине и могли свободно передвигаться. Большое спасибо хозяину за возможность побывать у вас в гостях.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aydin's place. Lovely views and a well equipped home with everything you need. Kalkan is also a beautiful area with nice shops and restaurants.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Kas! ☀️ Das Apartment ist großzügig und sauber. Es hat einen schönen Balkon. Ruhige Lage und schönen Ausblick aufs Meer und auf die Insel Kastellorizo. Supermärkte in der Nähe. Waschmaschine und großer Kühlschrank war uns eine große Hilfe. Als wir ankamen roch es aus dem Abfluss im Badezimmer, nachdem wir den Abfluss mit Wasser gespült haben war alles gut. Wir empfehlen ein Auto, da es ins Zentrum sehr bergig ist. Der Büyükcakil Plaji ist in der Nähe und auch den Belediyesi Halk Plaji können wir empfehlen.💙 Danke an Suleyman, er war immer schnell erreichbar, hat unsere Fragen beantwortet und uns Tipps geschickt 👍🏻 Wir hätten uns ein paar Baumwollhandtücher in der Küche zum Abtrocknen gewünscht, ein großes scharfes Messer und ein paar Haken an den Wänden im Eingangsbereich und den Schlafzimmer. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

It was a nice accommodation. A great experience for anyone planning to stay in the Kabak area. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Çok güzel bir ev. Tepede kalıyor ama bu bir dezavantaj değil aksine aşağıda bir yerde kalıp bina manzarası görmektense bu evde kalıp manzarayı görmeniz lazım. Taksi uygun merkezden eve uygun bir ücretle gelebiliyorsunuz. Ev sahibi Gülsüm Hanım nazik biri teşekkür ederiz.

Evin manzarası harikaydı, Şenol Bey her konuda çok yardımcıydı. Kaş’ın doğal konumundan dolayı her yerin yokuş olması biraz sıkıntıydı. Onun dışında harika bir doğanın tadını evimdeymiş gibi çıkardım. Şenol Bey’e çok teşekkürler

Tekrar Kalkana geldiğimde kesinlikle yeniden konaklamak isteyeceğim bir ev. Ev tertemizdi ve tüm eşyalar çok yeterliydi. Eşyalar kullanışlı ve temizdi. Teknolojik aletler sıkıntısız son derece iyi çalışıyor ve yeniydi. Ev sahibi Ersin bey herhangi bir ihtiyaç olması durumunda çok yardımcı olan nazik birisi. Kendisine çok teşekkür ediyoruz. İnternet bağlantısı hızlı ve sorunsuzdu, konum olarak her yere çok yakındı. Arkadaşlarım ve aileme kesinlikle tavsiye edeceğim bir yer

Wir wurden von Seher freundlich schon vor dem Haus empfangen. Eine sehr nette, liebevolle Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung haben wir mit Begeisterung betreten. Sauberkeit und Pflege waren sehr gut. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der Ausblick auf der Terrasse war aber das Schönste. Der Blick von oben auf Kalkan sowie auf das Meer war zauberhaft. Wir wurden von Seher und ihrer entzückenden Tochter mit Leckereien verwöhnt. Ein wirklich gelungener Aufenthalt, wir empfehlen.

Mükemmel bir ev ve ev sahibi. Manzarası , günbatımı , denizi , doğası ve olanakları müthiş. Ev ve konumu mükemmel ötesi diyebilirim. Evden çıkmak istemiyorsunuz. Sabahları deniz harika , öğleden sonra havuz sefası , akşamda Kaş ‘ ta gezmek. Hani derler ya anlatılmaz yaşanır, tamda öyle biryer.

Дом очень чистый, в квартире есть все удобство , хорошая аура, Вид с террасы действительно просто шикарный точно как на фото. Единственный минус это отсутствие лифта. Квартира на 4м этаже.

Мы второй раз снимаем это жильё! Во второй наш приезд, дом нам понравился ещё больше. Каждый уголок в доме продуман заботливой хозяйкой. Если вы хотите сделать фотографии с потрясающими видами и отдохнуть как в своём доме, то вам обязательно нужно сюда. А мы обязательно сюда ещё вернёмся. Сердечно благодарим хозяйку этого удивительного и волшебного дома❤️

Great place to stay with the family. Scenic, Mountain View, stone house and the pool. Loved it! They send a guide for the town, however not all the things said are matching to this house. I think it is a standard guide they send to everyone using their other premises. Would be good if it is updated according to the property like the distance to the sea etc

Amazing location and fabulous views. We were met my Mehmet inspite of an awkward arrival time. Everything was exactly as described. Communication was excellent. We had no issues and would definitely book again. Highly recommended.

6 kişilik arkadaş grubumuzla doğanın içinde harika bir yerde 2 gece geçirdik. Ev tertemizdi, eşyalar oldukça yeni, mutfak malzemeleri eksiksizdi. Evde hoparlöre kadar her şey düşünülmüştü. Havuz tertemiz, bakımlıydı. Çevresinde yakın evler olsa bazen ses gelse de mahremiyet çok güzel sağlanmış, biz rahatsız olmadık. Arkadaşlarımızla çok keyifli vakit geçirdik, kendi evimizdeymişiz gibiydi, içimize sinmeyen hiçbir şey ile karşılaşmadık. Tatilimiz boyunca en çok kurduğumuz cümle “Mutlaka tekrar gelelim.” oldu. Keşke olsa dediğimiz tek şey toptu, onu da biz bıraktık :) Özer Bey de her konuda çok yardımcı biri, giriş çıkışlarımızda esneklik sağladı, sorularımıza her zaman cevap verdi ve her zaman ulaşılabilirdi. Bu güzel deneyim için çok teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar gelmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz.

8 minute walk to downtown and 12 minute walk back. My wife’s and very fit and know that a non-fit person would find it difficult to walk there and back. For us it was amazing and far enough From the clubs downtown

I stayed here in October while meeting family and working remotely. The place perfectly met my needs for a quiet space with easy access to the beach. It’s only a 5-7 minute walk to the quieter part of the public beach, which is free to access. Shops like groceries, a butcher, a bakery, and plenty of restaurants are all conveniently nearby. The environment is peaceful and secure, with access to a pool area, and the busier resort and shopping area is just a 5-10 minute walk away. The house had everything one could need, with thoughtful attention to even the smallest details. The kitchen was very convenient, and the balcony offered a beautiful Californianesque mountain view. The WiFi on-site ranged between 2-10 Mbps, but I used a local Turkcell SIM card, which provided much faster speeds of 100-150 Mbps, making it perfect for remote work. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.

We stayed in Fethiye and absolutely loved it! The place had an amazing sea view and a peaceful atmosphere—perfect for relaxing. Everything was just as expected, and we’d definitely love to visit again!

The property was lovely for our family. We were traveling with children and they were very much welcomed by the hotel staff. The receptionist is was kind, funny and helpful. The location is great. We would stay here again.

It was an amazing stay, we enjoyed it so much Everything was close to us, supermarkets are 3 mins walking, beach is 5 minutes and easy access to transportation.
