Villa Simurg is a stylish villa whose construction was completed in July 2022. Our two villas side by side are located in the city center. In addition, being within walking distance to the sea and the center is a reason for preference for our valued guests. NOTE: For stays of less than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 4.000 TL is charged. NOTE: The villa's pool is closed during the winter season, that is, from November to April.
