In addition, being within walking distance to the sea and the center is a reason for preference for our valued guests. NOTE: For stays of less than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 4.000 TL is charged. NOTE: The villa's pool is closed during the winter season, that is, from November to April.

There is no large pool in the villa; there is only a small 2x3 ornamental pool on the front terrace. There is hot water for the shower in the villa. Since the villa is 20 metres from the sea, there is no need for a large pool.
