We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. We were particularly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness - everything was sparkling clean, well-maintained and lovingly prepared. You feel immediately welcome and comfortable. The villa is not only tastefully furnished, but also ideally located: the beach is only a few minutes away, which is especially convenient for relaxing days by the sea. At the same time, the city is also within easy reach – ideal if you want to take a stroll, eat out or go shopping. Another highlight was the private pool: clean, pleasantly tempered and perfect for cooling off and relaxing – a real plus! The combination of tranquility, comfort, proximity to the beach and proximity to the city makes this accommodation really special. We can recommend it without restrictions and will be happy to come back!

During our stay, Mr. Özgür and his brother were very friendly. We checked in quite late because we came from far away, but when we arrived, they welcomed us with a smile. Everything was as in the photo, even more beautiful. Mr. Özgür has thought of everything to make the stay easier. There was a huge bed and it was very comfortable. Everywhere was clean. Especially the garden was our favorite. There was a garden area larger than the house and it belonged to us completely. You should stay in this place in the heart of Kayaköy. We thank Mr. Özgür and his team for everything. It was a place I came across by chance, but I intend to stay again as soon as possible. 🙏🏻

My family stayed here for a week and I can say it was a really cool place! Very hospitable hosts, met us with a delicious cake, were always in touch and tried to solve all the issues that we had! The premises are very spacious, many bedrooms, everything is cleaned, clean, everything was necessary. And when something was missing, the host responded very quickly and provided help) What I can note is the top location, the store right under the house, the embankment, the facilities, the sea. I liked the garden of the house the most, you can grill food there, and the child can play and just sit in the shade) I recommend this place 100%

Mr. Orhan was extremely interested in everything you could think of with his interest and relevance from the first moment we entered the house to our exit, everything you might need in the house was tastefully chosen up to the smallest detail, the house is much more pleasant than it looks in the photos, the beauty of the house and definitely five stars with the interest of the host! We highly recommend it to those who are in the research phase:)

The view from the house is absolutely perfect. Everything in the house has been thought out and beautifully designed. The host was very helpful, thanks to everything. And the cleanliness, which I'm most sensitive about, is fully rated from us. We are definitely planning to come back to summer.

Very nice villa! It's even better than it looks on photos. Villa is located at a peaceful suburb, 10 min drive from Kaş, taxi will cost you around 450 lira each ride. Villa is well renovated, has 3 bathrooms which is very convenient and also quite big swimming pool. Osman is a great host. He always answrers quickly and he helped us out whenever we needed some help. He even helped us to find a taxi to go to Antalya for a very fair price. The only slight inconvenience was that there were some stray dogs in the neighbourhood, although they were friendly it was bit uncomfortable to jog or do any sporting activity while they were around. The nearest grocery shop is 15 min walk away. recommended!

Great place to stay with the family. Scenic, Mountain View, stone house and the pool. Loved it! They send a guide for the town, however not all the things said are matching to this house. I think it is a standard guide they send to everyone using their other premises. Would be good if it is updated according to the property like the distance to the sea etc

It is a great place, you can comfortably spend your holiday with your spouse, friend or family in a quiet and clean location. It would be great to stay here for 2-3 days.

We stayed at Huma’s spacious and incredibly comfortable home for our annual family get together, and it was absolutely perfect. Our group of 7 had more than enough room, and it was so much better than being spread out in hotel rooms or other moldy villas in the area. We loved gathering by the pool to relax and celebrate—so much nicer than a crowded hotel and some other villa’s in Kalkan that we had stayed in previous years. One of the highlights was spending a fun day with everyone on the rooftop deck, all enjoying the amazing outdoor kitchen and spectacular 360 degree views.. The setting was peaceful and relaxing. Yet easily walkable to the many beach clubs, markets and waterfront restaurants nearby. Huma communicated often and provided clear, helpful instructions throughout our stay. Her home was the ideal place for this special occasion—we couldn't have asked for a better experience! A five star experience all the way.

The villa is very beautiful, just like in the photos, and the garden is very lovely. We spent a great time by the swimming pool, in the jacuzzi. There is also an access to a wild beach 10 minutes walk from the house. The owner Berkan is very kind and helpful. He did his best to make us feel at ease. The minus is the access to get there. There are 2 mountain off-roads; the one that goes through the delillemer aqueduct is better, and the other one can be dangerous, especially without a suitable vehicle. It was stressful but overall worth it!

We had an amazing stay at Mert’s villa in Kaş, Antalya! The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The beds were super comfortable, and every detail in the villa made us feel right at home. One of the best parts was the location , it’s just a couple of minutes away from the center of Kaş, which made it incredibly convenient for exploring the town, restaurants, and the beautiful coastline. Mert was also a great host, responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place,we’d definitely love to come back!

We had a great stay at Sakir’s house. It’s very spacious, which we appreciated with two small children, and the pool was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had most basics and necessities, we cooked dinners most nights. We had a car so could easily get to town for supplies (10-15min drive) and explore the surrounding beaches. The dogs in the neighbourhood bark into the night, which didn’t bother me but kept my wife up at times. The bathroom drains were a bit smelly at times but keeping the doors closed dealt with that. The rooftop is a great place to watch the sunset, and if Sakir can get some outdoor furniture up there it would be a nice spot for a drink at the end of the day! The Fesleğen Kokusu cafe just around the corner does an amazing Turkish breakfast, which was one of the highlights of our trip & highly recommended!

Stayed at the villa for 4 nights, the host was very helpful and responsive from the day we got there till the day we left, house was amazing would love to visit again. Very amazing service would 100% recommend worth the price you pay for the home as it’s exactly like the pics very lovely.🥰

We had a very positive experience at this Airbnb. The place was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout our stay. The location was perfect—convenient and easy to get around. One of the highlights for our family was the swimming pool—our kids absolutely loved it! Overall, a fantastic stay and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway.

Süleyman is a very caring host. I had a very relaxing and peaceful week with my two small children. There was nothing missing in the house, on the contrary, everything you might need was available. I definitely recommend this place for those seeking calm and peace.

I planned a marriage proposal for my girlfriend. First of all, I would like to thank brother Brigade and Tufan brother. Everything was so beautiful and meaningful, the time and amenities we spent in the house were great. Cleanliness was very important to us. We thought about buying a very clean and very romantic house for a while, thank you very much for😂 everything. We will definitely meet again...🙏

Wonderful! The beautiful view you see in the photos is absolutely true. The apartment is attractive, clean, and peaceful, with a comfortable bed, good shower, well stocked kitchen, and the washer works great. It's a short walk to a good grocery store, lots of restaurants, etc. On top of all that, the thoughtful, friendly host, Hafize, is amazing. She brought us Turkish dishes to try (delicious!), and she responded right away when we had a question. Overall she made us feel very welcome not only in her lovely apartment but in the charming town of Kalkan. My husband and I travel a lot and have stayed in a lot of AirBnBs, and this one is something very special.

You will feel yourself at home. Ms. Ayça is extremely friendly and helpful. Everything has already been thought of at home. You don't feel any deficiencies

Very beautiful house, cozy, clean, everything is thought out. Lovely yard. Responsive, friendly host. There is everything you need. A quiet place with a beautiful mountain view. Of the minuses, only low lighting, but so in almost all apartments and houses in Turkey :)

Mr. Sarper was very nice to us. He's a very nice host. The house is the most beautiful house in Kaş. You can get everywhere on foot. The sea view was excellent. I hope we have the chance to stay again.

We would like to thank Ms. Gülsüm for her interest and relevance from start to finish. She was helpful with a flexible check-in time. The villa is as it appears in the photos, there is nothing more. Extremely clean and tidy. The location is quite close to the beach, markets and places where you can meet most of your needs. It will definitely be among our preferences during the summer season.

Gürhan’s place was stunning - gorgeous views and an outdoor area exposed to sun from the morning to evening. The villa got a great sunset view every eveing too. The pool was perfect for the hot weather. I don't often do holidays where I just spend the day by the pool but it was hard not to here. The villa was a 20 minute taxi away from Kalkan so keep that in mind, but there was a small shop for very basic groceries 5 minutes drive away. Gürhan was also great at comminicating and was always available on W/A. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat and will do when i'm next that side of Turkey.
