Holiday rentals with breakfast in Demre

Everything worked great! Were super received on the first day, villa was super clean and the outdoor area was stunning. Air conditioners worked very well and spared from the heat. Internet was available and worked without a problem. Cozy living room with a TV, perfect for a movie evening. Household appliances all worked perfectly. The location of the accommodation is about 10-15 minutes to the beach and about 15 minutes to Fethiye downtown, so is very central of both. Very relaxed neighbors, had no problems. Recommended place to stay.

Most of all, the view was great, Mr. Caner is a very magnificent person, a person who solves all our work and is very helpful without saying that he is a great person, I recommend it to everyone, a great place to relax and have fun, it was more beautiful than the photos. It was beautiful and pleasant

There were a few different houses where I stayed, I stayed in the 'treehouse'. It was a beautifully designed house with a fireplace that gave you peace of mind and its own patio. Honestly, I would love to come and sit in front of the fireplace during the winter period:) The place where the house is located is 15 minutes drive from the center of Kaş and even this short distance makes an incredible difference to the atmosphere of this place. It was very cool in the evening and it was very enjoyable to sit in the garden. The place I stayed was very close to the 'Sleeping Dev', I went there with the advice of the host Ms. Pınar, and I'm glad I went:) I didn't buy kitchen supplies because I was going to stay for a short time, they have a small cafe they run here, and the prices were very affordable. I also had my breakfast here. After breakfast, I also participated in a trial dive on a boat operated by them. It was a great experience for me. If it wasn't for Ms. Pınar, my vacation would be missing, thank you very much for everything.

Our stay at the villa overall went very well. The villa is located in a very quiet village, away from the noise. The space fits the descriptions very well. However, we encountered some technical malfunctions, but were quickly resolved thanks to great responsiveness from the host. Communication with Mr. Muhammet and his brother Ömer was easy and prompt!!

I liked the villa very much, better than in the photos. The house has everything you need, clean and calm. Erol is welcoming, always in touch and ready to help. I definitely recommend it.

Greetings to all, The apartment was pleasant. Ideal for 3 people. Challenges the 4th person. My daughter slept in the sofa in the living room, we were in the bedroom. The air conditioners were clean and working nicely. Everything was clean at the first check-in. We asked for the towels as they got dirty, they were provided with clean ones. Kitchen was adequate. There is a washing machine in the common area. The area is called Göynük. There is a public beach very close by, we went for 2 days. Then we reached Camyuva public beach in 7-10 minutes by car. Blue flag and immaculately clean. Gravel at the bottom, no waves to enter. Sun loungers are available for a fee but available. We went to the sea in the ancient city of Phaselis. We downloaded the museum card app and became a member and checked in the morning without much waiting. There are no sun loungers etc. here, but since you are in the forest, there is a lot of shade. We laid towels and entered the sea. After 2 meters, the bottom of the sea becomes sand. No waves, straight water. Ideal for children. It was very pleasant to swim in the history. You can also go to Kemer public beach. We didn't find a place to eat in Göynük. We went to Kemer and ate there. 10 15 minutes is already maximum.

Pretty good accommodation for a family or a trip with friends, everything was pretty clean and without unnecessary things. And also a great view of the bay.

We have had a wonderful stay at Laura’s apartment. The views were amazing from every room and the pool was a great size too. We loved the location and being able to walk into town easily. Laura was super helpful from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back! Thank you Laura for all your help, advice and recommendations!

The stay was very pleasant for me. It is familiar, friendly and a place of relaxation. The delicious food, both the wide selection for breakfast and dinner was definitely top class. According to my request, I got very fine vegetarian/vegan food. There are extra points for that🤩. Thank you for your warm hospitality.🙏 The house is definitely recommended for those who prefer peace and quiet and good food.

A really lovely small family owned pension close to the water (in this village everything is close to the water). Parking is possible on the square in front of the pension (12 tl a day) and you’re close to the best restaurant in town owned by Hassan and his family. The owner of the pension offered me a short trip to the sunken city on his own boat, it seemed expensive for 400 tl but it was 200 tl less then the other boats and really was worth it!

Very nice room with everything you need, 10min walk to the beach. Quiet and cute cats.

The accommodation is very clean, peaceful and close to Yanartaş Park (where you can see the eternal flames). Halil was very welcoming, good advice and prepares very good Turkish breakfasts (included in the reservation of the room). Very recommended!

Definitely a good place to stay: 5 minutes walking to the city center, very clean room, which is really cozy, nice view from balcony, good service while check in/out, breakfast, etc... Be prepared to hear noises from the street if you're going to sleep with window opened. Overall impression - I really loved to stay at this place=)
