This apartment has exceeded my expectations. 400 m to the best beach in Kemer (Sandy+a little bit of stones), this beach is the most beautiful in whole Kemer. The flat was clean and had a lot, a lot of kitchen utensils and home goods, so I felt like at home! The wifi is strong, the furniture is brand new, carpets are clean, all is clean. I was a superhost myself in Vienna, and this place is better equipped with utensils and amenities than mine! The apartment door goes direct into a beautiful courtyard, and it feels very, very safe, because there is a door guard at the entrance to the apartment courtyard. At the same time, we had a lot of privacy. Bus stop to town and Antalya just 100m away. Lastly, no matter how good, well-located and clean any place could be, if the host isn’t available or friendly, it can ruin everything. But Berkem was very responsive, he answered every need (extra blankets etc) very quickly. So far I personally think it is the best private apartment to stay in Kem

Niezwykle klimatyczne miejsce. Bardzo dobry punkt wypadowy, żeby zwiedzić okolicę. W pobliżu znajdują się dobre restauracje. Miejsce w którym można wypocząć, niedaleko do morza, o wiele spokojniej niż na samym wybrzeżu. Dzieciom najbardziej podobały się koty.

Nevzat Bey, konaklama süresi boyunca son derece ilgili ve nazikti. Misafirlerin ihtiyaç duyabileceği her detay önceden düşünülmüş, ilanda belirtilen tüm imkanlar eksiksiz bir şekilde mevcuttu. Konut hem çok temiz hem de son derece konforlu ve kullanışlıydı. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Gösterdiği özen ve misafirperverlik için kendisine teşekkür ederim.

3 kişilik aile ve köpeğimizle eve ulaştığımızda Gülden Hanım ve Yusuf Bey çok sıcak bir şekilde bizi karşıladı. Ev tertemiz ve çok düzenliydi. Bir evde olması gereken herşey hatta fazlası mevcut idi. Ev, konum olarak biraz yüksek rakımda ve orman kenarında olduğundan serindi. Bu da sıcaktan bunalmamamızı ve rahat uyumamızı sağladı. Klimayı açmaya hiç ihtiyaç hissetmedik. Bahçe gayet büyüktü ve etrafı çitle kapalı idi. Köpeğimiz bahçede serbestçe dolaşarak keyfini çıkardı. Havuz küçük ama keyifliydi. Sabahları güne zinde başlamak için idealdi. Etraf çok sessiz ve huzurlu idi. Arada sırada uzaktan gelen köpek havlamalarından başka ses duyulmuyordu. Ev sahiplerimiz ilgiliydi. Sıklıkla herhangi bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sordular. Fethiye’ye geldiğimizde kalacağımız tek adres. Gülden Hanım ve Yusuf Bey’e herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Underbar vistelse! Jag och min fru hade en fantastisk vistelse! Utsikten från huset mot berget var hisnande, och poolen och villan var verkligen underbara. Det var extra trevligt att njuta av solen hela dagen utan någon skugga och att få se den vackra solnedgången. Vi vill även tacka våra värdar som var otroligt vänliga och hjälpsamma. De gjorde verkligen allt för att tillgodose våra önskemål. Vi ser fram emot att besöka detta boende igen i framtiden. Tack för en minnesvärd vistelse!

Balayı için gelen çiftlerin dikkatine! Gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Hem çok temizdi hem de sahibi çok ilgiliydi. Sabah bize kahvaltımız için, kümesten yumurta ve bahçedeki zeytin ve domateslerden getirdi. Geceyi de çok sevdik. Özellikle gökyüzünde sanki yıldızlara dokunacakmışsınız gibi bir manzarayla karşılaştık. Bir daha yolumuz düşerse mutlaka tekrar uğrayacağız.

We had a great stay at Sakir’s house. It’s very spacious, which we appreciated with two small children, and the pool was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had most basics and necessities, we cooked dinners most nights. We had a car so could easily get to town for supplies (10-15min drive) and explore the surrounding beaches. The dogs in the neighbourhood bark into the night, which didn’t bother me but kept my wife up at times. The bathroom drains were a bit smelly at times but keeping the doors closed dealt with that. The rooftop is a great place to watch the sunset, and if Sakir can get some outdoor furniture up there it would be a nice spot for a drink at the end of the day! The Fesleğen Kokusu cafe just around the corner does an amazing Turkish breakfast, which was one of the highlights of our trip & highly recommended!

Konum olarak aracanız var ise gayet uygun bir yerde marketler yakın Fethiye merkeze yakın sayılır temizlik konusunda şu ana kadar kaldığımız en temiz yerlerden biriydi umarım tekrar görüşürüz

Abbiamo soggiornato in un attico in questo residence con piscina, situato in una zona tranquilla. Soggiorno bello e confortevole. Mi è piaciuto tutto.

Der Gastgeber Erhan war unglaublich zuvorkommend und hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Er hat uns alles ausführlich gezeigt, und zur Überraschung war der Kühlschrank bereits mit frischem Obst und Getränken gefüllt – ein toller Service! Die Unterkunft selbst war äußerst sauber und wunderschön ausgestattet. Sie liegt perfekt für Familien, die eine private und ruhige Umgebung suchen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Pool, der jeden Morgen gereinigt wurde. Zudem sind zahlreiche Attraktionen, Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem erreichbar. Sport- und Freizeitaktivitäten sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Diese Unterkunft würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen – absolut empfehlenswert!""Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Geheimtipp und ideal für alle, die was unvergesslichen und erholsames suchen. We came to this villa for the 2nd time, and it was another great family holiday. Inlice is a quiet village and a great place to relax and disconnect, while being only 10m drive from Gocek with its restaurants and shopping street. The house and the garden are in a very good condition, with everything necessary readily available. The host is very friendly and responsive, and happy to provide local recommendations (e.g. finding a boat for a day in the sea). Thank you Murat for hosting us!

Wir waren zu viert in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hat unsere Vorstellungen maßlos übertroffen. Alles war super schön und sehr privat. Die Gastgeber waren so lieb und hilfsbereit. Für deutsche Standards war die Unterkunft sehr gehoben, luxuriös und liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden und die Elektrogeräte waren alle sauber und neu. Die Schlafzimmer waren beide klimatisiert. Die Unterkunft war schöner als die Bilder in der Anzeige.

The villa was exactly as on the photos with amazing view. The surrounding is peaceful and you have a private experience. We were given some nibbles and even beer (😂) in the fridge on the day of arrival and it was clean and comfortable. There is TV, WIFI and even boardgames. It felt great!

Had an amazing time staying at Nazim's place. It's really as beautiful as it looks in the photos. Nazim is a very responsive and kind host and will go out of his way to make sure your stay is perfect. Highly recommended!

Great place for rest. We spent here a week with my kids and really enjoyed this place..
