This wonderful 1 bedroom apartment disposes an open plan living room with a seating area with TV. The apartment can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 1-2 children (1 sofa-bed in the living room or 1 separate childs bed). The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need - except oven or microwave - and there is a table for dining with 4 chairs in the room. The bedroom has a king size bed and a wardrobe for your belongings. The bathroom is small and has a bathub.

In front of our listed house from 1724, located in the heart of the old wine village of Hambach, the fountain of the church square splashes, overshadowed by the old chestnut tree. Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley. We are happy to open our bright, charming apartment, equipped with every modern comfort, for anyone who wants to explore the Palatinate. We offer a delicious breakfast with homemade products separately.

Stay in a lovingly restored and insulated loft apartment of a former vineyard in the heart of Forst directly opposite the church (the church tower bells are deactivated at night). The quiet courtyard location guarantees you a relaxing vacation and the MoD (Mobility on Demand) stop located directly in front of the house takes you safely to all wine locations from Leistadt in the north to Maikammer in the south.

It is located on the eastern edge of the Unesco Biosphere Reserve Palatinate Forest - Nord Vosges on the Haardt der Südliche Weinstraße. The Southern Palatinate and the Palatinate Forest invite you with their popular excursion destinations, countless refreshment stops, modern wine bars, good wine and Palatinate hospitality. The climatic health resort of Edenkoben is conveniently located, has bus and train and is only a few kilometers from Neustadt a.d.W. and Landau.

Ideally located for excursions to the wine route or the Palatinate Forest.
