Stay in rooms as part of a studio! Enjoy a special accommodation (but not for children under the age of 16) in a studio located in a separate house on the fair Österlen. Guests have access to their own bedroom, bathroom, dining table and fridge. A good breakfast and cleaning is included! The farm, built in 1890, is located by a small gravel road in a village about three kilometers from the sea and the fishing village Brantevik. In Brantevik there are restaurants, a small harbor with a fish shop, wonderful cliff baths and beautiful coastal walking paths.

Stunning surrounding nature with beech forests and large fields. Rich bird life. 3 km to the sea. Endless bike paths without car traffic. Walking distance to Solgårdens restaurant. In Maglehem, there is no car traffic. Five km to the nearest grocery store. This place is most beautiful in Skåne. South from the south: Take road 19 that go from Ystad towards Kristianstad. Turn right at Maglehem/Lillehem.

Charming cross-timbered house, next to Ravlunda church. Ravlunda is a village located between Brösarp's hills and Kivik. The village is surrounded by beautiful nature and is a couple of minutes from Haväng and the beach. The house has three small bedrooms and a kitchen with 6-8 seats. Small living room. Within walking distance is the expansive beautiful beach stretching from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025 we have 4 new nice bikes in the cabin that can be used by the guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in, among other places. Helge Å. The Ravlunda shooting range military facility is some distance away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no business going on. In other periods there may be sounds and bangs from shooting exercises.

In the cottage there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and glass veranda. Breakfast is included and you can enjoy it on the patio or in the glass porch. Barbecue is available with all accessories and bicycles can be borrowed.

Slept here as we were going to a wedding in Maglehem. We stayed one night in Birgitta's farmhouse, which was far too short a time, we would have liked to stay longer as it was so cozy in the house and we did not have time to enjoy the peace. Super nice garden, wonderfully cute house a little hidden at the end among the rose bushes. Helpful host. Can recommend.

The house reception from the owner was very good. After a short briefing, we received a fantastic house. The house is perfect and well stocked. The location of the house is in the immediate vicinity of the sea. The landlord was very friendly and has a lovingly furnished house. The house has a 360° terrace, so there is always a place in the sun. There is also a great little roof terrace.

This was heavenly, literally with your feet in the water. What a view. Emma was very helpful and your peace and privacy is assured. Simrishamn, Knäbäckhussenstrand, ... all nearby. We can only be grateful that we were able to stay here and hopeful that we can come back again. An absolute must!
