We had a great time staying here! It was nice that we could also use the shed. The hot tub was super, there was nice coffee and we were happy with Nanda's tips about the area. The cottage has really all the comforts. Definitely recommended for those who want to enjoy the peace and quiet and the wide surroundings!

everything was correct! Upon entering, there was a nice music on it. It smelled nice of the rituals. The contact went smoothly via the app. Beautiful location and walking distance to beautiful hiking trails. we were very satisfied!

Treat yourself to a moment of rest in this beautiful place surrounded by greenery. A beautiful garden, where you can idyllically stay among the deer, chickens, hares and birds. And not to forget... the enormous hospitality of Tineke who is always ready. Thank you very much. We will definitely come back!

We had a lovely holiday with six adults. Everything worked wonderfully. The hot tub is great! Everything was clean and exactly as it was described on the photos. The communication with the owner is great, she responds quickly and kindly. We would go back there anytime. One car can park right in front of the house, the other in front of the residential park in a free parking lot. The path is about 5 minutes - everything is easily accessible. Shopping can also be reached directly within 4 minutes by car. It is highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Henk and Ineke’s lovely place. It was spacious, beautifully furnished, and even better than the photos (thanks to some upgrades since our reservation)! It’s clear that Henk and Ineke truly care about creating a great experience for their guests. They were friendly, flexible, and always approachable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and would love to visit again sometime. Oant sjen!

The stay in the pipo wagon was very unique and original, and really very cozy. The lights really create the atmosphere in the evening and at night. The projector worked perfectly. The hot tub is great to stay in until late. Also excellent privacy. Communication was always smooth and Michelle was a very pleasant hostess. regards Tim and Nikita

We have a lovely stay! The cottage is very cozy. Everything has been thought of! The jacuzzi was also really enjoyable. Lovely on the water. Unfortunately, it was not really back to sail but we could dock the boat at the house! If you have any questions, you'll be answered. Highly recommended to book. And wonderful to enjoy!

We spent 2 days in this beautiful lodge and it was the best nature experience that we had. The lodge was amazing, the farmer very friendly and the view was fabulous. Hope to come back one day!

The cottage is located on the campsite, but due to the large garden and the many greenery, you have all the privacy. The enclosed garden was ideal with our dog. It is very quiet and you can use all the facilities of the campsite. The cottage is very clean and everything you need is present. Also plenty of garden furniture. The area is beautiful, plenty of hiking and cycling opportunities and nice restaurants. We had a lovely stay!

Everything was as described and shown in the pictures; Remco was quick to reach and check-in was easy and straightforward. The large and quiet private garden was a big plus, as was the sea in 15 minutes walking distance. Small note: if you want to cook on site, you should bring your own spices and oils - otherwise everything basic can be found in the kitchen. All in one a beautiful cottage in a great location & therefore highly recommended!:-)

We had a perfect stay. Richard welcomes us with great enthusiasm and a wonderful little dog who also comes to give you a festive welcome 🥰 Regarding the environment, it was simply beautiful, whether around (lake, beach, promenade, nice little village) or the land around the cottage. There's nothing better than to recharge your batteries in nature in an exceptional setting. (A small boat is available for the more adventurous ;) ) Regarding the accommodation, there was nothing to say about the cleanliness, faithful to the photo except that we expected to have two separate bedrooms. There were indeed were large beds, however one of them would be on the mezzanine (so open room). Apart from that, we loved our stay and will be back! Don't hesitate if you need a short stay in nature (only 40 minutes from Amsterdam)

We had really fantastic days here. A beautiful cottage, a particularly beautiful area for cycling and also particularly friendly, attentive super hospitable owners. Fruit in a bowl, liquorice in a tray, fresh eggs in the fridge, a bottle of wine, just those things that make a stay so much fun!!

Absolutely a highlight! What a lovely home with lots of privacy, well appointed kitchen with good stuff and lovely beds. Beautiful boat rented and sauna on the water was really great!

Caroline and Jan are super friendly hosts! Their amazing rustic accomodation almost makes you feel like you have home back in time. We loved that it was dog friendly too. We visited in April/May and the temperature was perfect but I think it would be quite warm in summer without airco. Saying that - if you are looking for peace and quiet and 10-20 minutes from amazing locations in Friesland; look no further!!! Would recommend!

The small house is much more spacious than it looks from the outside, it is very beautiful and cozy, and it lacks nothing. The view from the living room window and the dining area in the kitchen is great, on the water you can watch ducks, and in the evening the sunset. A highlight was the tour of the farm, we got everything explained and were allowed to pet the calves. The area is fantastically beautiful, and you can be in Workum am IJsselmeer in a few minutes by car. It was an unforgettable vacation, we would love to come again. Thank you dear family Sterkenburgh!

Beautiful cottage in a lovely quiet area on the farmyard. Every day, the cows parade past the cottage, and the hares and meadow birds are just a few metres from the terrace. Everything has been thought of. Cottage is decorated with care and love and sparkling clean. Family provides a warm welcome, even for the dog. We enjoyed!

We had a lovely stay in the Rietgans! Could have sat and listened to the birds in the evenings for hours, very nice quiet place in a lovely location. Check in with Gerrit was great!

The stay at Eveline's place was very good! We liked the house, you have water in the front and back. We rented a boat at the nearby boat rental that you could moor right by the house in the evening. We would love to come back!

A fantastic stay – absolutely recommended! We (3 people) spent a week in Betty's and Robin's beautiful house right on the water in June – and it was just perfect. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet and invite you to relax. The house is very well maintained, tastefully furnished and well equipped – we immediately felt at home. The contact with Betty and Robin was super pleasant: friendly, helpful and absolutely uncomplicated. Thank you for the great hospitality – we'd love to come back!
