Great to stay at the Annexe again, everything I need and perfect place for the University. Jan is a responsive friendly host who kept in contact about relevant things throughout.

Steve was absolutely fantastic—genuinely kind, incredibly helpful, and wonderfully flexible. He went out of his way to accommodate every request. Communication was always smooth, clear, and prompt, which made the whole experience feel effortless. We truly appreciate his support and highly recommend him!

Patrick’s apartment is a great place in a stunning location, with everything you need for your trip away. The place is ideal for friends looking for a couple of nights away. I would highly recommend and hope to return for another stay.

Aaron had made sure we had everything we needed including phone chargers which came in handy. The flat was very spacious, homely and well located. As a host Aaron was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall a great stay.

We had a little quite break together. The caravan was immaculate and peaceful, if only the weather was better so we could enjoy the beach. Things are close by but need to drive places if you have young children. Nice for a quiet break to reset and refresh.

I had a birthday weekender with friends and the apartment is really lovely and suited us perfectly. Not just clean, but comfortable too with everything you need. The host is great and helpful. It all made the stay so much more enjoyable. 100% would recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment in Cardiff! The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location couldn’t have been better as you’re in walking distance to Cardiff bay and Cardiff centre! Tony was absolutely wonderful—friendly, incredibly responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. It made a real difference knowing we could reach out with any questions and get a prompt, kind response. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.

We had the most amazing time in your home Stuart and Angela. ❤️ You made us feel so welcome from the moment we stepped in. The views were breathtaking and the peace and quiet at the cottage was just what we needed. The views of the village, the sun set and the full moon were all beautiful gems we got to experience at Top of t’hill. You really have made it a cosy and comfortable stay, and it was a perfect getaway, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The gym and sauna were great facilities that we benefitted and enjoyed too. Your eco environment friendly home and surroundings was an inspiration to us. Finally, your hospitality and kindness, and lovely chats with us made us feel like old friends! Recently stayed over the bank holiday weekend arrived the house was super clean and ready on time. The lady on site was lovely, friendly and always happy to help. It’s close to Conwy and surrounding areas but far enough out that is quiet, the swimming pool is great and a big bonus. All I would say is it could have done with some plastic cups for the kids and coffee machine otherwise it was perfect we will definitely come back

One of the best places we have stayed. We went to a concert and although slightly outside of the city centre but about a 20 min walk back to the apartment. Felt super safe and the property is inside a gated area and nice quiet surroundings. Was nice to stay away from the busy area. The property was massive! Bigger than expected, the rooms all clean and fresh! Kitchen fully equipped and a nice dining area. Balcony was a bonus! The host was unbelievably fast at replying and was so flexible with our check in! We really appreciated it! Check was easy and we were provided with all the information. All of us wished we had booked another night! Definitely would stay here again! Thank you! 🤩

Had a two night stay at Ruth’s.fantastic quirky comfortable place.great host with excellent local knowledge.i can recommend the dog and partridge located opposite.

We have just returned from a week in Dalemore Cottage and could not have wished for more. The cottage itself is set in the most glorious location and the inside is just as good. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and beautifully furnished. Pru and Chris were the most welcoming of hosts and Pru’s home cooked meal service was excellent, I even asked for some of the recipes. If you are looking for a quiet spot, in a fabulous location with excellent hosts this is the place for you.

We stayed on a half term break with our three boys and our dog. The cottage is an amazing place; totally secluded, so homely and set up with all the convenience you’d want. Lucasz was brilliant getting us checked in with all the information we needed. We used the place as a base for great walks, and some sightseeing for the kids. We’d definitely come back. Thanks!

Indeed Jamie and Sara's place, is different, full of mod cons, yet cozy and relatable. The sunsets from the vast windows were glorious and the array of games were both challenging and fun. The only minor drawback (though we found a solution) was that the stylish bathroom floors up stairs were too slippery after a (lovely) shower, so we used the down stairs one, in which the floor was more textured (and more older person friendly....) All in all a lovely experience. Thank you!

My family and I had a lovely time here. The house is spacious and we especially enjoyed the outdoor area with the bbq and pizza oven, as well as the games room. The only issue we had was a bad smell (likely from the shower drain) in one of the bedrooms. It would also have been helpful to have a few more wine glasses (only one in the property). Good location for exploring the sights nearby.

We had a wonderful weekend. Richard was a considerate host and very flexible when we were running late for check-in. The house and surrounding countryside were both beautiful and the pool was fantastic. We were a group of 4 couples, 4 infants, a toddler and a dog, so it could have been chaos. However, the whole stay was very easy and stress-free as all needs were met. The check-in was very thorough so we understood the quirks of the building. We would definitely stay again.
