Charming Cottage 17 - Accommodation with Yoga Space

The lovingly furnished cottage Charming Cottage 17 with 3 separate floors is located on the edge of the forest and is only a few steps away from a horse farm. Located in the heart of a nature reserve and not far from the famous Felsenmeer in Lautertal, this place welcomes hikers, those seeking peace and quiet, yogis and nature lovers. Shopping and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, just a few minutes' drive away. There is a large dining table for shared meals. Party groups & dogs NOT welcome

Living in a farmhouse

You will live on the ground floor of the converted side building of the farm. Large garden with 2 ponies by a small stream. We produce wood chips for the heat on the farm. Here, there are still 20 chickens with fresh eggs every day, 4 goats. Our dog Jule is very sweet. A small sauna and a swimming pool. The terrace, seating area, fireplace in the garden are free of charge. Costs for sauna are an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people in consultation on site, or horse walks can be booked.

Das in 2020 fertig gestellte Ferienhaus bietet auf 57qm zwei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essbereich, Bad + Regendusche sowie eine finnischen Sauna (50-70 Grad), Holzofen ein Ambiente, das selbst kalte und regnerische Tage behaglich macht. Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Toller Blick in den wunderschönen Garten-von jedem Zimmer aus. 5 Gehminuten und Sie stehen in Wald und Wiesen. Auf der Terrasse können Sie den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Für ideale Raumluft steht ein Luftreiniger mit HEPA-/Aktivkohlefilter zum Entfernen von Pollen, Gerüchen, luftgetragenen Allergenen usw. zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang befindet sich im Nebenhaus. Sie ist in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber gutem Anschluss nach Frankfurt, Fulda und Aschaffenburg. Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

Nach einem aktiven Tag kannst du in unserer Sauna entspannen oder den Abend bei einem Glas regionalen Wein ausklingen lassen. Ideal für Paare, Familien und Naturliebhaber. Dir Wohnung ist trotz heißer Temperaturen angenehm kühl.

Our “Hilli” is a stylishly restored country house from 1780 and can accommodate up to 8 people. With sauna, large garden, two kitchens, three bathrooms (incl. 2 bathtubs), vaulted cellar, courtyard with barbecue & swings as well as lounge areas inside & outside, it is perfect for families, friends, yoga groups or pleasure travelers. Location: quiet location in Rhine Hesse. Optional: breakfast service, refrigerator filling & restaurant reservation.

Lovingly furnished with high-quality furnishings, the Alte Backhaus offers modern comfort within historic walls. You will enjoy a quiet stay in the middle of Weinheim's lively old town. The Mediterranean market square with many restaurants is only a minute away. Heidelberg or Mannheim are 20 minutes away by car. Weinheim is located on the Burgensteig. We love dogs! We are happy to give tips for nearby dog walks.

Gardenview

You live in your own little house with private entrance. It has a toilet, sink and shower, sauna on request (€20 extra) and a small, beautiful garden. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed (1.4 × 2 m), TV, DVD and a good stereo system. There is another sleeping accommodation (2 x 2 m) in the upper area. It is a private household. We are happy to have guests and always try to provide a personal welcome.

My boathouse - time out without other guests

My boathouse is a place of rest and relaxation. It invites you to be completely for yourself, to forget everyday life is located in a small village between Darmstadt and Frankfurt. A loft with fireplace, sauna, 12-meter pool and garden. Individual gastronomic care can be booked. You can also cook in the fully equipped boathouse kitchen. Arriving by car is easy and safe parking on site is included.
