The smoke-free basement with 5 windows has a hallway with a wardrobe, a daylight shower room with a hairdryer and vanity mirror and a 40 m² living/bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, Wi-Fi/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Erwachsene und 1 Baby. Im Schlafzimmer befinden sich ein Queensize-Bett (180 × 200 cm) und ein Boxspringbett (100 × 200 cm). Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Schlafsofa (130 × 200 cm) zur Verfügung. Ein Babybett stellen wir gerne bereit. Ideal für Familien, Geschäftsreisende und Gruppen.

The 30 sqm bright apartment is located in the popular Darmstadt Martinsviertel. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016. There is a separate entrance/exit to the apartment from the street. Guests are welcome to go out into the garden to relax. The tram to the main train station and the city, the city center and the Technical University of Darmstadt can be reached within 10 minutes. The apartment is rented by us for 2 days to a maximum of 1 month.

Our lovingly furnished basement apartment can accommodate two people. You can expect a large bedroom with box spring bed, a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. When the weather is nice, you can relax outside on the terrace. The apartment is located in the basement of our inhabited detached house. We live here as a family with children. In just 5 minutes you are in nature – perfect for walks, even with a dog. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

it's a really cosy, luminous apartment. The neighborhood is quiet. There is also a sauna in the apartment, which is for private use only for our guests. You will find some supplies for breakfast. It's a very comfortable place to stay for those who want to be near Frankfurt international airport as well as the city center of Frankfurt which is 15-20 minutes away by car.
