Our lovingly furnished basement apartment can accommodate two people. You can expect a large bedroom with box spring bed, a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. When the weather is nice, you can relax outside on the terrace. The apartment is located in the basement of our inhabited detached house. We live here as a family with children. The approx. 28 m² Atelier Galerie Blau has been converted into a cosy maisonette-style holiday apartment with a separate entrance and small garden terrace. The sleeping and working area is located in the upper part with a double bed of 180x200m. On the ground floor is the dining area with a kitchenette and a sofa, which can be folded out into a sofa bed if required. Right next to it is the small shower room. A washing machine is also available.

My boathouse - time out without other guests

My boathouse is a place of rest and relaxation. It invites you to be completely for yourself, to forget everyday life is located in a small village between Darmstadt and Frankfurt. A loft with fireplace, sauna, 12-meter pool and garden. Individual gastronomic care can be booked. You can also cook in the fully equipped boathouse kitchen. Arriving by car is easy and safe parking on site is included.

The listed building is nestled in a beautiful park landscape and offers a fantastic view over the valley – with the Odenwald right on the doorstep. Ideal for hiking, cycling or simply relaxing and unwinding. Dogs also feel at home here thanks to the many walking paths right outside the front door.

Two families of friends had a dream. They wanted to create a vacation home in their homeland, the Odenwald, where guests feel completely comfortable. Thus, two modern, ecological wooden houses were built, which are furnished with a lot of love for detail. They are located right on the edge of the forest and from the terrace you can enjoy a wide view of the Odenwald low mountain range.
