The 50 m² apartment with separate entrance and private parking is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of a field and yet only 300 m to the baker. The smoke-free basement with 5 windows has a hallway with a wardrobe, a daylight shower room with a hairdryer and vanity mirror and a 40 m² living/bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, Wi-Fi/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters. Our house stands on the edge of the forest and is in a large garden. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, directly under the roof. It is well equipped (see equipment) and is quiet. The nearby forest invites you to jog or go for a walk. We are only a 5 minute walk to the next bus stop. This line leads directly to downtown Darmstadt. The large garden including a playground and access to the stream can be used to relax, sunbathe, play with children, have a barbecue or have a nice evening.

The fully equipped, modern apartment (95 m²) with separate entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. In the spacious and bright apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The quiet location invites you to take walks and excursions to the nearby vineyards and the surrounding area. The center of Groß-Umstadt with its historic market square is 4 km away, Darmstadt 24 km and Aschaffenburg 26 km. The train station (700 m) offers connection to the public transport network.

Our lovingly furnished basement apartment can accommodate two people. You can expect a large bedroom with box spring bed, a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. When the weather is nice, you can relax outside on the terrace. The apartment is located in the basement of our inhabited detached house. We live here as a family with children. In just 5 minutes you are in nature – perfect for walks, even with a dog. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Welcome to our newly renovated 2-room apartment in the heart of Flörsheim's old town! Modern comfort with a fantastic view of the Main awaits you in 55 square metres. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 baby. In the bedroom, there is a queen-size bed (180 × 200 cm) and a box-spring bed (100 × 200 cm). There is a sofa bed (130 × 200 cm) in the living room. We are happy to provide a cot. Ideal for families, business travellers and groups.

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

Living in the knight's castle Conquer Auerbach Castle and enjoy your stay in the apartment with the fantastic view of the Rhine plain. 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom can accommodate up to 6 people. The terrace, overlooking the valley, is a dream. Lovingly furnished and decorated. The many medieval events at Auerbach Castle are ideal as an event. Travel back in time (Bringing cats is not allowed.)

My boathouse is a place of rest and relaxation. It invites you to be completely for yourself, to forget everyday life is located in a small village between Darmstadt and Frankfurt. A loft with fireplace, sauna, 12-meter pool and garden. Individual gastronomic care can be booked. You can also cook in the fully equipped boathouse kitchen. Arriving by car is easy and safe parking on site is included.

The listed building is nestled in a beautiful park landscape and offers a fantastic view over the valley – with the Odenwald right on the doorstep. Ideal for hiking, cycling or simply relaxing and unwinding. Dogs also feel at home here thanks to the many walking paths right outside the front door.
