Das Apartment hat 43 qm und ist ein offener Raum. Das Bad ist mit einer Glaswand vom Wohnraum getrennt. Die Küche ist offen in den Wohnraum integriert. Der Schlafplatz ist auf einem Podest. Es gibt auch ein WLan.. Vor der Türe halten 2 Buslinien,. Anbindung an die S-Bahn ist nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

The cabin is located just an hour‘s drive from the center of Berlin. It’s located in a forested area primarily used for recreation. The property itself is 4000 sqm, offering a beautiful garden to relax. An outdoor sauna is also available. The surrounding area offers several lakes and forests for swimming and wandering. The beautiful designer wooden house in the Märkische Schweiz (50 km from Berlin) is located in the small artist village of Ihlow, and offers a beautiful view of fields and forests on 65 m² of living space with a large window front and 35 m² of covered terrace area. There is a large living, dining and cooking area with a wood-burning stove, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have infrared heating. Each bedroom has a queen size bed (1.60).

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Our tiny house in the vegetable garden is fully equipped with a dry toilet, shower and kitchenette. The car is in the middle of the organic vegetable farm "Gartenfreuden." Here you can enjoy the charm of country life. Although there is a separate area to sit and relax, you can also spread out in the tree house. From here you can explore the Spreewald by bike or Calau Switzerland on foot. Calau train station is about 2.5 km away.

Located directly on the bike and hiking trail, you can enjoy the beautiful nature and day trips from here.

In a quietly located garden house you can enjoy your stay undisturbed. The garden house has a toilet with sink and a passage to the shower. In addition, you have a well-equipped kitchenette. Air conditioning is available for warm seasons. The couch is also a double bed and can be converted in a short time. Storage for bicycles/motorcycles is possible. Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.
