All 22 apartments are used exclusively by guests and are rented out as the entire property (i.e., no shared bathroom, etc.). The apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, cutlery and plates, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, air conditioning, etc. Bed linen and towels are also provided. One weekly clean for stays of 4 nights or more is included. The design embodies an urban style with a high focus on material quality and individuality. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

The 2-room apartments with north and south views offer the extensive comfort of a private apartment, including a large balcony, as well as a floor-to-ceiling corner window with views of the green of the old tree population and the vibrant Invalidenstraße. Our very large typical berlin style apartments are suitable for up to 8 people in 3 separate rooms. Our apartments are particularly suitable for families and groups of friends. Nice evenings together at the large kitchen table are guaranteed. In the living room there is a balcony from which you can see the Schoenhauser Allee. The apartments are in the front part of the building on floor 2-4. (without elevator).

All Zweifach Minilofts have large windows with either north views to the park, or across the city square to the east.
