We offer a bright, very spacious, cozy and fully furnished attic apartment. The very large balcony (about 3 x 7 m) with a western orientation has a high leisure and recreational value, especially in the evening. Our house is idyllically located on the outskirts of a well-kept Lübbener suburb. Lübben as a gateway to the Ober- and Unterspreewald is an excellent starting point for excursions to both regions. The Gurken cycling path leads directly past the house. As hosts, we are at your disposal with tips.

Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. The Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.

Idyllic duplex apartment with private jetty

The duplex apartment is located directly on the picturesque Teupitzer See. The modern residential building was completed in 2017 and thus meets the highest living standards. Our house was built in 1897 by our great-great-grandparents Carl & Marie and has been renovated in recent years by my family. It is located in Storkow, a small town in Brandenburg, 60 km southeast of Berlin city center. The house has two separate apartments, one on the first floor and one in the attic, which are rented separately. This is the listing for the attic apartment. If both apartments are rented, they can be connected via a door on the first floor.
