So, nature is at your doorstep! Shopping facilities about 2 km, bike rental 500 m, doctor/dentist about 1.5 km.

The old mill tower is located in a quiet detached house settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 sqm) with old wooden beams, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, a living area with a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden, there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a stream. Directly opposite is a children's playground. Guest Wi-Fi available!

An elongated balcony is part of the apartment. Bed linen/towels are not included in the price but can be booked for €17.50 per person. However, you are also welcome to bring your own bed linen and towels. An additional €30 will be charged per pet.
