You will find the gangway just a few steps from the house. The modern decor and the bright, wood-paneled walls and high sloping walls give the house a bright impression. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the water from the 21 m & # 178; partially covered terrace. The 33 m & # 178; large conservatory with large windows (sun protection for the windows) has wood burning stove, 2 seating areas and dining table for 12 people. From here there is a view of the beautiful water area. You can relax in front of the flat-screen TV with satellite dish and DVD player or in front of the wood-burning stove, which provides heat on cool days. The living room is open to the kitchen, which has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, iron and ironing board.Living room and kitchen have allergy-friendly floor.There are a total of four bedrooms, all with blackout curtains or blinds.Two of the bedrooms have double beds with slatted bases and comfort mattresses.In the living room there are two alcoves with two single beds.These are typically the children's favorite places but can also easily be used by adults. Die Kajüte is located in Barlt and is ideal for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 40 m² accommodation is spread over two floors and features a living room as well as a kitchen. Upstairs, which you reach via a steep, narrow staircase, you will find the bedroom and the bathroom with toilet. Die Kajüte has its own small garden area and offers space for two people.
