Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Coutevroult

Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

Great weekend in Houari's accommodation, convenient because it has all the amenities and not far by car from the RER to reach the Disney parks. We were 3 adults and 3 children, there was everything for the children (books, games, high chair, stroller) except a stair gate that would have been useful for my baby who wanted to go down alone. A blind would also have been appreciated in the baby's bedroom skylight because the light woke her up at dawn. Apart from these details, we felt at home, the place is quiet and Houari welcomed us the morning of our arrival. A very friendly and smiling host who was available and responded to our special request. The instructions we received for our check-in were very clear and precise. We will gladly return for a future stay at Disney.

Beautiful spacious house, tidy, neat and equipped with all comforts. Everything has been thought of. Comfortable beds and excellent breakfast! Easy to drive to from Disney and in a quiet area.

Emma is an excellent host, always responsive and extremely friendly. The house is lovely, spotlessly clean and has everything you need. Location is perfect. It’s a walkable distance into town, local restaurants and the bus stops are just outside to take you to Disneyland or to the train station into Paris. Would highly recommend

Location was perfect, a quick and cheap uber ride to Disneyland and the connecting station (if you want to travel to Paris). Hosts gave clear instructions on how to get to central Paris. They were responsive and polite. The accommodation was clean and functional - perfect for us as we came with a family including a baby

Great looking place, clean, quiet. There is a giant electric power line right outside the front yard but did not bother us and check in time is kinda late but Really loved the spot super well equipped. Would recommend trying it out here if youre headed to disney

We had a fantastic stay! The Aurélien was incredibly friendly and communicated promptly and clearly throughout our visit. The house was spacious, spotless, and had a warm, homely feel that made us feel instantly comfortable. It’s in a perfect location, just a 10-minute drive from Disneyland. We especially appreciated Aurélien making the effort to see us off in person. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back on our next trip!

Perfectly located accommodation for going to Disneyland (9 min by bus until 2 a.m.) 200 m from a super U and an excellent bakery. The apartment is very well equipped and very spacious for 4. Very quiet residence. The price is excellent for this Ascension long weekend. I would highly recommend it!

Everything was excellent

It was really nice and quite, close to Disneyland park. Lea was really nice too and the apartment was ready so much earlier! Mercy beaucoup Lea!

Apartment was fine. Everything you need is there. Shower is good but very small. But you can shower just fine with the rain shower. Val de Europe is 15 minutes by car. Just 1 stop by train and you're at Disney. So, in terms of location, it's great. The only tips I can think of are practical things. Scissors and small tools such as a screwdriver. Sometimes you buy something and you want to make it in your room, but you can't. Nothing else to criticize. Also descale the kettle. A big 9/10 Would book it again if we visit Disney again.

The apartment was lovely - it was clean and spacious and it was surrounded by a nice park area. It’s very convenient for Disneyland; it was quick and easy to get the bus there and the train into Paris. The hosts were brilliant - so much useful and clear information. We had a brilliant time and would 100% recommend.

We spent two days in this apartment during our trip to visit Disneyland. The location was excellent — very close to Disneyland, with plenty of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines nearby. It was also just a short distance from a great shopping center, which made our stay even more convenient. The apartment was really clean well prepared and responsible and professional host. 10 of 10

We had a great time with the family. The accommodation matches the photos, and it is very well decorated. It feels like home. We couldn't enjoy the small garden because the temperatures were a little cold for us. The location is ideal for getting to Disney, we will recommend it to our loved ones.

We booked the accommodation as a base to go to Disneyland Paris, it is less than a quarter of an hour by car which we really enjoyed. The accommodation was very clean, identical to the description, very well furnished and thought out. It is rare to find accommodation equipped in every detail, a hair dryer and a straightener are offered for this. a small gift for the children and also present on arrival which delighted our daughter after the trip. I highly recommend this accommodation for its cleanliness, location, responsiveness of the host. Pleasure, happy hosting.

Amazing place. Location 10, very well conected with public transport, 5 mins from Disneyland park on Bus and very safe zone (Magny le Hongre) to be in family. The condo is so clean and complete for 5-7 persons. Exactly like pictures. Nizar is a great host, very kind and respectful with us. 10/10 option in Paris.

We had a fantastic stay at Daniel’s place. The apartment is a great base for visiting Disneyland or central Paris, and is very comfortable and well equipped. The surrounding area has a great selection of restaurants and a fantastic bakery at the end of the world and the large shopping centre is less than 10mins walk away. It is a pleasant 25minute walk to Disneyland or a short one stop hop on the RER. Finally, Daniel is a very welcoming host, and was flexible with a late check in following our delayed flight and also provided some great local recommendations. Highly recommended.

Great stay at this property. The check-in/check-out instructions were clear, with photos. Host very responsive to messages. Clean apartment, clean sheets and towels. Very popular underground parking space. Quiet building, a few steps from the RER train station, it's perfect.

This was my second time staying at this apartment, and once again, it was a fantastic experience! The host was incredibly helpful, respectful, and quick to respond to any of our accommodation needs. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Parking in the basement is convenient and fits an average-sized car with no problem. One of my favorite features is the balcony—it’s perfect for enjoying a peaceful morning coffee with the table and chairs set up just right. I also loved the updated decor since my last visit—it’s clear the host puts care into keeping the space fresh and welcoming. I’m already looking forward to my next trip and hope this gem is available again!
