Woodland Cotswold Shepherd's Hut

This three year old hut is very comfy with multiple amenities including: a double futon bed (which is firm, but has a good foam mattress topper) a fold up and down dining table, a radiator, kitchen with mini fridge; plug electric hob; kettle and cookery equipment, a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, books and binoculars for birdwatching on your walks. The hut sits on the edge of our private land, and backs onto a private footpath. Out front is a small stone patio with a fire pit and chairs.

This beautiful bespoke-made sheperd’s hut is located one mile outside the charming market town of Chipping Norton. Chipping Norton is a hub of activity with a bustling well-stocked bookshop, cafés and restaurants. The sheperd’s hut is a quiet haven, equipped with a wood burning stove, mini oven, a power electric shower, underfloor heating, cosy armchairs and a king sized bed. Guiting Power village is just a 10 min walk along a footpath or by road, with Country Pubs, a Post Office/Cafe and a Deli/Coffee shop. Ideally situated to explore Cotswold villages with stunning local walks and scenic drives, or to enjoy the thrills of the famous horse racing at Cheltenham.

Green Valley is very cosy, central heated and extremely well insulated. It has its own bathroom, kitchen and private garden with a sun-trap seating area.
