We had a lovely night at Deborah’s place! Great communication and all very easy. Lovely bottle of fizz in the fridge to welcome us!

Phil and Debbie were really helpful. We didn't have a car so Phil gave us a lift to the nearest supermarket to do some basic shopping. He also recommended his friend as a driver if need be. The area is really peaceful and quiet so if you look for silence, this place is definitely for you. However, if you don't have a car it might be a challenge to get around as local public transport is limited. Well, we made it so it is still possible 🙃 but this is the price for a really peaceful place, isn't it?

Tithe Studio is the perfect place to stay. You will not find better hosts whose attention to detail and care and concern for their guests is outstanding. We used Tithe Studio as a base for many local train trips, but equally it would just be the ideal place for a relaxing holiday. Thank you so much Gay and Jonathan for your wonderful hospitality.

Lucinda was the perfect host, she provided beautiful personal touches that certainly made our overnight stay 5* experience…to lighting the beautiful fire prior our arrival to providing light snacks & milk/juice for us to enjoy throughout our stay. The grounds were absolutely stunning and extremely peaceful which we both wanted. Short car drive will get you to Farmers Dog Pub which was the purpose of our trip. Overall 10/10 and definitely will be returning soon.

Perfect location for exploring Wantage. Easy check in and nice space. Had it been a little warmer outside we have had our tea in the garden in the morning! Thank you Helen :)

Beth was a great host!! We bought nice eggs from her. The location was very peaceful with birds singing and view towards the sheep and lambs. We would be glad to return to this lovely area. Thank you for everything Beth!!

The Bothy, Bath, what an amazing airbnb. It was everything that was described and more. A pituresque, idilic place. Not a lot on the doorstep but lovely pubs within driving distance. A fantastic bus route on the doorstep at sensible prices, takes you straight into Bath, so no worry with parking. Richard and Lizzie are amazing hosts, very accomodating and approachable. The Bothy is just charming, it has everything you need and more, there are added extras of toiletries, tea, coffee, milk, cooking oil, kitchen roll etc, the list goes on, Richard looks after the grounds( his garden) beautifully and its a relaxing area to sit out in. We cant recommend this airbnb highly enough and are hoping to go back at some time xx

Lovely peaceful location, friendly host. Listing reads as if there are views of the Thames from the windows of the property - there aren’t - though it is close by, not a problem at all for me but might be for future guests.

We echo all the reviews that have given Nel’s place 5 stars! We were on a tight schedule of visits around the country, but both agreed we’d would’ve happily stayed longer and just enjoyed the cosy accommodation and peaceful surroundings. We’re thinking of downsizing our family home and the design/layout of this delightful apartment gave us ideas for maximising a smaller space. Everything was spotless, the living room sofa and armchair were perfect for us, bed was super comfy, kitchen has everything needed and the whole place was light and airy. We stayed here for a friends wedding nearby, and it had everything we needed. The place was very clean and well kept, with shops nearby. We went on a walk and explored the local area which was very peaceful, and had nice views. It was also very easy to get an Uber to and from places. Nikki was very friendly and helpful, and everything was clear from the get go. Would highly recommend!

We stayed in Sarah’s annexe while visiting Bath this weekend for the Robbie Williams concert. From start to finish Sarah has been the most wonderful host. The annexe is perfectly located and a 20 minute walk to the Royal Crescent, town centre, parks, tourist attractions etc. Sarah couldn’t have done any more to make us welcome and feel at home. She even provided ice for our G&Ts on the terrace overlooking the wonderful Bath!! So lovely to have breakfast provided avoiding a trip to the local Co-op. The annexe has been thoughtfully kitted-out and everything is provided for a short trip away. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Pack a pair of trainers and leave your car at Sarah’s for your stay. Bath is hilly but there’s also a very good bus service which stops nearly outside. Whatever you do in Bath you’ll have a great time if you stay at Sarah’s.

Me and my other half had a lovely stay at Anna’s annex, the place was beautifully furnished. Very clean, and Anna was so responsive. We stayed for a concert at the O2 academy, which was 10 minutes away in an uber. Definitely worth the money, and would happily stay again!

Had a great one night stay at Rosamond and Maarten’s place, it was ideal for 2 people and had everything we needed, super comfy bed and fabulous bathroom with shower gel/shampoo etc provided. Tea/coffee/biscuits were provided and there was a little fridge with some milk. Porridge is there for breakfast but we had our own cereal with us and were able to use the bowls and spoons provided. The conservatory seating area was great, with a nice size TV with fire stick, as it was a hot day Maarten had very kindly provided a cold air fan which was a boon to us! The annexe is an easy 20minute walk into the centre of Stratford, maybe 25 mins if you cut down to walk along the river. Communication with Maarten was great, friendly and responsive and the info provided in the annexe was great. Would definitely recommend this place and we wish we could have spent longer here as Stratford is a lovely place and we would certainly look to stay here again when we next visit.

Fabulous 2 night break as in area for a wedding. Tina is a most welcoming host to arriving guests, the home has been well thought out & decorated to an extremely high standard. Everything has been well thought off so it is very well equipped. Lovely quiet area, good privacy from main house but Tina is never far if needed. Will definitely be returning & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this beautiful place. Thank you Tina xx

A fantastic Airbnb with its own entrance and a spacious bedroom. Everything was spotlessly clean and Dale was a wonderful host. The breakfast provided was a great start to the day. It was just a short walk into town and it was a great base to explore the Cotswold villages. Thanks Dale and Mac.

Lovely weekend at the Loft cottage. Beautiful location surrounded by nature, with very nice walks at a short distance, which is great as we had our dog with us. 5 mins away from cozy little village of Lechlade, with some nice pubs. Despite having a main road right behind, it was very quiet during the night. Good communication with the hosts and very easy check-in/out. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we would consider it again for the future.

I spent a lovely few days in Bewdley on an art course and The Retreat was just perfect for me. Quiet, clean, neat and within walking distance of the town centre. Jill and her husband were perfect hosts, helpful but not intrusive. I would be more than happy to stay at The Retreat again.

The place is spacious, with separate kitchen/eating place, living room and bedroom. It has everything you need on the go, including wash/dry machine, very convenient for us to stop on our Cotswold way walk.

The Snug was great for us. We were going to a wedding nearby and needed somewhere straightforward to spend the night. It had everything we needed and Megan was a thoughtful host

Our two night stay at Joanna’s lovely, peaceful and comfortable place was just what we needed. We had a busy time with a visit to a local vineyard and grabbing a delicious meal in a local pub but we were able to completely relax in the downtime. The kitchen was very well equipped, the living room was cosy, the shower was nice and powerful. The off street parking was just right. But the stars were the amazingly comfortable bed and the warm welcome and accommodating help from Joanna. A 100% recommendation from us.

Barbara's B&B was spacious and comfortable with a pretty garden to sit in. Walking disance to the charming village and a great pub for an ale and meals. Barbara was a wonderful host, she supplied a delicious breakfast and snacks.

Lovely modern home in a quiet area overlooking the surrounding rolling countryside. Its conveniently located minutes drive near Charlbury and the lovely town of Burford. Do note that the bedrooms are downstairs with access to the unit up a flight of stairs so one needs to be reasonably mobile and not have to heavy or bulky luggage. The 2nd room with an en-suite is access through the first bedroom so privacy might be a concern. As the windows cannot be opened, it might get a bit warm and stuffy, be sure to request for a fan (which was quickly provided!). Overall, appreciated the responsiveness and had a great experience and would happily recommend it, just bear in mind the items highlighted above.

Thank you so much Malcolm and Deborah for providing the perfect Airbnb, everything was better than we expected including the beautiful garden with such unique trees running down to the River Thames. We had a really great stay and hope to come again. The apartment is extremely comfortable and spacious. The cooking facilities were excellent and the bed so comfortable we’re hoping to get the same mattress! Thank you for your hospitality and generosity.
