Cross's Barn is a beautiful, modern and luxurious place to stay. A prime location, right in the heart of the Cotswolds between Burford and Bourton-on-the-Water. With most, if not all of the Cotswolds most sought after pubs, restaurants, and tourist locations close by, and beautiful countryside walks surrounding it. Northleach town is just a three minute drive away. The barn is open plan, spacious, super cosy, and perfect for a countryside Cotswold getaway! It is quiet, and simply magical!

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

We’ve recently converted our new barn into a stylish and comfortable three bedroom apartment. The master bedroom has a super-king size bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bath, shower and double basin. The second bedroom has a double bed and single bed and it’s own shower room. There is a third double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The sitting room has an electric wood burner.
