Emma was an amazing host. We instantly felt right at home in the apartment. The place was clean, very quite and close to a convenience store. Adding to that the fact that we were downtown Nantes, meaning we were within a walking distance to museums, the Loire, and lots of historical places and restaurants.

Lovely apartment in the center of town. We could park the car close by since it’s in a car restricted area. The apartment is charming and very comfortable beds, spotless clean and practical kitchen utensils. The area is close to restaurants and shops. We got great recommendations by the owner about local attractions. We would definitely stay there again.

We were very well received on arrival in a very well located, very well furnished and very functional apartment. Quiet residence under the pines and near the embankment. The description is true to reality. Corinne and Richard are excellent hosts. We recommend their rental, and we will not hesitate to return if possible.

This cute apartment is well represented by the photos -- except there is no photo of the spectacular view of the church from the bedroom window. Having a dryer is a real luxury. It is quite comfortable for a long stay although the kitchen is super tight. Gael is a magnificent host, always available and caring. The location is convenient with grocery stores and Talensac Market in easy walking distance. Also, Les Bouteilles, the restaurant next door is excellent.

Stay offered to my parents, they were delighted. Very friendly welcome by the owner, very clean, functional and very pleasant accommodation, good location. Great, they highly recommend it. All that was missing was the sun!

Ideal home for reunions with friends/family. The house is well equipped, functional and very clean with a beautiful garden. We were 10 adults and 4 kids . The environment is quiet and the beach is within walking distance.

Ideal accommodation for a weekend with friends in Noirmoutier. Special mentions for the terrace and the large upstairs bedroom with sea view. The bedding is good quality, the accommodation is well equipped with the big Weber BBQ available. Our concierge contacts at Laurence were very responsive, they made our stay easier. We had a great stay in this beautiful single-storey house ideally located for many walks. The beach is a 3-minute walk away, the surrounding coast is sublime. The city centre of Préfailles is a 10-minute walk away. The hosts are lovely, flexible and responsive, it was perfect!

Studio as described, perfect for two people Ideally located, everything is on foot from the accommodation: embankment of La Baule, Port du Pouliguen, local shops, restaurants No private parking space, but there's an easy and free street parking spot. small downside: Cluttered bike room - difficult or impossible to put bikes in safety
