Countryside by the sea for this fully renovated stone and wood house Located 500 m from the sea, small cove and family beach with supervisory station. Bike path at the exit of the cottage and possibilities for beautiful hikes on the coastal path. Free shuttle with nearby stop serving the beaches and the center of Pornic. This house includes a living room with fitted kitchen, Upstairs 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bathtub as well as a fully enclosed garden.

This house faces the sea and the beach with magnificent views. Ideal for weekends with friends or family but also for a week's vacation. It has all the comforts and also a beautiful soul. There is a wood-burning stove in the 60 m2 living room located upstairs and served by a staircase. In the 3 bedrooms downstairs, there are 160 beds with duvets and in the dormitory 2 beds of 140 and 1 of 160 with duvets. The dormitory is independent but it has a bathroom with toilet.

Quietly located in a small hamlet, in the countryside close to the sea, you can fully enjoy Pornic and its surroundings. For the more athletic, two bikes are available😊. Close to the beaches (8 km Saint Michel Chef Chef / 10 km Pornic). This place can accommodate a maximum of two people and one baby.
