Come and spend some time disconnected in a natural and relaxing setting near the marshes. Although the neighborhood is very quiet, you can sometimes hear the hum of a lawnmower or the games of neighboring children. My house is 200 m from the marshes. You are 8.5 km from the coast of Saint Nazaire, 14 km from Pornichet and 17 km from La Baule. Outbuilding in my garden accessible independently. Wi-Fi available but very low speed. This apartment, renovated by us, is ideal for short stays and discovering all the attractions of Nantes. It is located in the city center, in the popular district of Saint Félix, close to the Talensac market, the banks of the Erdre and the hyper-center. All transport (bus and tram) and shops (bakeries, bars, restaurants, supermarkets) are close by. We provide linens as well as basic groceries.

Ideal for 2 people, but possibility to stay up to 4 people with the sofa bed.
