Beachfront holiday rental in Côte de Jade

Patrice is a very friendly, responsive and very accommodating host for arrival or departure. Very clean and functional apartment, in the centre of Préfailles. We had a great weekend where we took full advantage of the walking trails. I recommend it 200%.

Marie is a great host, understanding, caring, very responsive. We arrived late at our accommodation. At 10 p.m., Marie was able to make herself helpful and available to help us get into the accommodation. Concerned about our well-being, she provided the necessary equipment to make us comfortable with our 2-month-old baby and 3-year-old daughter. Everything is thought out in the accommodation, we didn't miss anything. It was really nice, clean, quiet, 5 min walk to the sea, 2 km from the village where the atmosphere is very nice at the end of the day, where the markets are rich and friendly. In short, a great vacation thanks to Marie! Thank you so much!

Little paradise in St Brévin... close to the beach. We can only recommend this holiday home, indeed everything is prepared to feel good. Beautiful decoration, many amenities, intimate garden. Valerie's apartment was exactly as described. It's a fabulous place, very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. So light and airy with wonderful views from the living space area. We were visiting friends so didn't do much cooking but the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. Valerie is very responsive and a great helpful host. Im sure we will be back.

Ideal location if you don't want to use your vehicle during your stay; everything is within walking distance. The beach is just around the corner. Lots of activities or bike rides to do. Anyway, that's great! Just like the cottage which is very functional and nicely arranged, not to mention Camille who is very responsive. We will be back.

Samuel and Mélanie's accommodation is ideal for a short stay by the sea, 2 steps from the beaches of St Brevin l'Océan! It is well equipped for 2 people. We'll come back next time to test the pool! Thank you for hosting us ☺️

Great family weekend (4 teenagers, 2 children and 7 adults) everything was as advertised by the owner! Comfortable villa for 13 people. Activities on site for everyone and very pleasant. Comfort 5 bedrooms, large living room. Easy and responsive contact with the owner. Lots of info on outings around but in 2 days we mostly enjoyed on site!

we stayed in this accommodation for a wedding nearby. This small apartment is perfect for a short stay (the surface is small) with a small garden within a holiday home type residence. The accommodation was clean, Sandrine was very available and considerate, and the beach is within walking distance in 10 minutes. Please note: it is not possible to park the car right next to the accommodation, access is only pedestrian (the parking is close all the same)

An excellent apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped for a great holiday. Philippe and Claire are perfect hosts who gave us such a warm welcome we felt really at home. The area is so good in all aspects with beach walks and great restaurants, you couldn't want for more. In all this is a great place to be and we will return.

Beautiful view of the ocean. Beautiful and comfortable apartment. Anything you need is present. Friendly and helpful owners. They will answer your questions immediately. Excellent stay in this very nice welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very nice and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

this product is very pleasant. comfortable and beautiful decor. very nice view of the ocean. ideally located between St Jean de Monts and St Gilles Croix de Vie. Alban is very responsive. at the foot of the building a very nice terrace cafe.

We spent two beautiful weeks at Jo's house. The highlight is the conservatory with the magnificent view of the sea. When it's windy, you can enjoy the sun and the tranquility on the garden terrace.

A beautiful stay in this accommodation, fully equipped! Ideal location, close to the seaside and only about ten minutes from the centre, enough to do everything on foot! I recommend it!
