Ideal home for reunions with friends/family. The house is well equipped, functional and very clean with a beautiful garden. We were 10 adults and 4 kids . The environment is quiet and the beach is within walking distance.

Ideal accommodation for a weekend with friends in Noirmoutier. Special mentions for the terrace and the large upstairs bedroom with sea view. The bedding is good quality, the accommodation is well equipped with the big Weber BBQ available. Our concierge contacts at Laurence were very responsive, they made our stay easier. Great place to stay just back from the coast and within a short cycle or drive to Saint Brevin Ocean. Some lovely cycling around the area around the coastal fringes especially Pornic and the peninsula. We would stay again and explore other places.

We had a great week at the accommodation and felt completely comfortable. Hubertina and Bernard are very pleasant hosts, you feel at home. The little cottage is very cozy and stylishly furnished, everything is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped, we often cooked. The stairs to the bedroom have narrow steps and are steep, so you have to be careful. There is a lot to discover in the area and we got great tips. We are more than happy to recommend.

Excellent stay in this very nice welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very nice and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

Excellent stay, too bad we only stayed 4 nights but we hope to return on a future getaway. Fabrice is very responsive, as soon as you ask him for information (walk, restaurant, etc.) he responds immediately. Her house is very well decorated and practical, you could stay there all year round, plus it is very close to the ocean.

Spacious and pleasant accommodation, in a quiet neighborhood. The windows are made of single glazing, so there may be a little bit of noise when the cars pass, and it can be a little cold without the heating.

An absolutely stunning classically, well thought out, French property! The house was stunning and attention to detail was second to none! We loved it here, the house is fully equipped and has gorgeous little touches. The host is extremely responsive on messages and via telephone, and if travelling from UK, which we were his English is fantastic. Jean-Christophe sent plenty of information to us before our arrival and made some recommendations too! Be careful when arriving at property if you are driving as if you take the wrong turning (the entrance to the place is in the front square) you have a long 10 minute drive to get all the way back around the one way system again! We did have to wait quite a while for the lady who met us at the property however it wasn’t a big issue, she was great and very helpful too! Absolutely recommend this place. Thanks Jean-Christophe

The accommodation is very nice there is room for 4 people. And each couple has their own bathroom :) I would recommend it without hesitating

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, chic house. The pool area and spa and outdoor seating are fabulous and we spent many hours chilling here. Also the musical instruments and vinyl collection made this a house with such a laid back and happy vibe. Jean Luc and Ingrid were amazing hosts. They helped us to book many outings and made us feel incredibly welcome. The food upon our arrival was outstanding, above and beyond expectation. The location is superb. Many lovely beaches, pretty towns, wonderful shops and restaurants. Merci beaucoups!

Great family weekend (4 teenagers, 2 children and 7 adults) everything was as advertised by the owner! Comfortable villa for 13 people. Activities on site for everyone and very pleasant. Comfort 5 bedrooms, large living room. Easy and responsive contact with the owner. Lots of info on outings around but in 2 days we mostly enjoyed on site!
