Holiday rentals with a patio in Côte de Jade

We had a good night in this beautiful and conveniently located apartment! No noise at night. The beach really not far away, what more could you ask for!

We had a great time at Franck's apartment. It is very well equipped, with beautiful sea views. The rooms at the back are quiet, and the private garage is a plus that will be appreciated in high season. At the end of the year, parking is easy on the street. You can get everywhere on foot: shopping, bars and restaurants, beautiful walks on the seafront. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great time with our friends. We were very well hosted. Maud and Vincent are very kind and caring hosts. The place is super cute and functional. Not to mention the jaccuzi which is a big plus to the property.

The studio is well placed, enough to go out, eat just a few steps away. Instructions for accessing the home are clear. Attention: access, base front door. Convenient furniture, well laid out studio, comfortable. Very good communication. I recommend it for short stays.

Our weekend went very well. The accommodation is ideally located. Everything is within walking distance. What seems a little more complicated to me is parking, the embankment is currently being redeveloped. I hope they have planned parking because it will be very complicated otherwise. On the other hand, the layout will be great for pedestrians and bikes.

Perfect stay! The accommodation is well located (shops within walking distance, close to the beaches and Pornic), it is perfectly equipped and in impeccable condition. Everything is as described and as shown in the photos on the site. The garden and pool are a real plus, a peaceful oasis! Thierry and Alexandre are also very welcoming and nice, we'll be back with pleasure. Thanks to them!

We spent the weekend of May 1st in the accommodation the great happiness and it carries its name very well. It has really everything you need it was very clean when we arrived. The small garden is very pleasant. It is a very beautiful region. We are really very happy with our weekend and Mona- Loa and very kind and respond very quickly to messages. we will be happy to come back. I recommend it without problem.

excellent stay at Celine and Fabien 's. the house is ideally located on the seafront. very easy to access the beach. the house is comfortable, with all the necessities to cook, we feel that it is an inhabited house with a warm seaside decoration. Accustomed to my region I will be happy to come back.

We had a lovely family weekend at Cédric's house. Easy check-in with lockbox. Easy parking for many cars on the other side of the street. the house is well equipped and pleasant to live in even if there were many of us. The street is very busy, cars pass very quickly, but it's quickly forgotten once inside the house. The roof top is superb with sunset views. Nearby leisure base with children's games

Marie-Pierre is a great host, very responsive and friendly. Her place offers absolutely everything you need for amenities for a relaxing stay: it's spotless, extremely clean, well decorated. Its proximity to the city center (200 m) and its calm, the layout of the rooms and its small courtyard well sheltered. Thank you Marie-Pierre!!!!

We particularly enjoyed the welcome at Christian and Francine's place! Small personalized touches were waiting for us upon arrival. The garden directly overlooks the Grand Reservoir de Vioreau. Thanks again for accepting pets.

Perfect appartment and very tidy!

Ideal base for visiting Saint-Nazaire and its shipyard, along the coast to Le Croisic, or taking a break in Guérande, the apartment offered by Stéphane and Rozenn is very well located. Functional, quiet and tastefully arranged, this accommodation offers all the facilities for those wishing to bask on the nearby beach (of Monsieur Hulot) or discover the Côte d'Amour. A real pleasure to enjoy the terrace and the pretty garden at cocktail hour. Stéphane's availability on arrival and departure should be noted, even though we did not have the pleasure of meeting him.

Perfect studio! Clean , quiet close to the beach it's a real piece of paradise . We had a great stay. The studio is very clean and functional. The bed and bath linen are nice. Looking forward to coming back! Marina was accommodating for our arrival and departure .
