My kid and I had a very nice stay at Javi's place during the San Isidro Bridge. The house was very clean and clean, with everything you need. Javi very attentive, he had no inconvenience in coming to solve a small problem with the heating in a quick and effective way. The area is perfect to move around Pola de Siero without needing to take the car, and on the same street of the house and streets around you can park without paying (depending on the time, it may cost a little to find parking). The location is also perfect to move around, playa, mountain, Gijón and Oviedo... everything is very close. Overall, very satisfied with the stay.

Wonderful and central location, yet removed due to elevation and back from the streets. Incredible view up the valley from the living room and enough space and comfort for 2, with one bedroom and the sofa bed. Jose is an excellent host, helpful and goes the extra mile.

Margaritas place was great! We travelled with our 3 year old and she was super happy to see that there was an entire room with toys she could play with. The place was very comfortable and the location was incredible, right on the beach and had a kids’ park right across the street. The washer and dryer made it very convenient for us traveling with a little one.

This was a spacious apartment with parking very close by. The host provided thorough instructions. The kids loved the park and enjoyed playing with the neighborhood kids. Definitely recommend a stay here if you are in the area!

We were very happy on the floor despite the short stay, as it is very welcoming and comfortable. We value the garage square just a few meters from the house. Beds are very comfortable - we rested very well. It is very well located on a pedestrian street without any noise next to the Auditorium and a five minute walk from the City Hall. We will definitely repeat when we come back to Asturias which is a beautiful land!

Very spacious and comfortable apartment. It has everything you need and is very close to the hospital and shopping center. Quick access from the motorway and a very spacious garage.

The apartment was great, very clean with all amenities, and necessary utensils. The pool, the terrace and especially the spa are a plus. I want to thank Juan Antonio for being excellent with us; making sure we were comfortable. She deserves to be a super host. The beaches do not have to say that they are one of the most beautiful in Spain. The location of the cathedrals and the Castros location is unbeatable. Highly recommended.

Semana Santa Stay. Highly recommended place to stay Fully equipped. Hyperlimpio. We already liked the photos, but it's even better on site. Very quiet area and a little promenade from downtown (15 min.) with great ease to park the car, both within the urbanization and on the street. Supermercado and restaurants nearby. To the hostess Natalia, we can only thank you for everything. Attentive to everything, thoughtful and very kind We gave us a lot of useful info, both before and on arrival. Host and a top accommodation.

We had a lovely stay as a family in this comfortable, clean and very well-equipped apartment. Jose Manuel is very available by message. We recommend it!

My wife and I spent March 2025 here and really loved it. Pablo was an excellent host and seems like a very nice guy as well. When we told him that our flight to Asturias would arrive late in the evening he very kindly offered to collect us from the airport and drive us to the flat, which was very tidy, clean and carefully prepared for our arrival. Pablo seems to have thought of everything. He gave us a very thorough tour of the flat and also brought us a water filter jug partway through our stay. At the end of our stay he also came by in person to say goodbye, which I thought was very nice. The location of the flat is beautiful and peaceful, and very close to the beach and forests, which is great for walking. The weather was often sunny and warm during our stay despite it being March. This was a nice surprise because we live in Finland and one of the reasons we came to Spain was for some sun. The beach seems a popular place for surfers and kite-surfers too. Highly recommended!

We have had a very nice time. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, surrounded by nature and the river of the shield, accompanying its sound. By car in 15 minutes you were on Gerra beach. Even though the weather has not accompanied us through the rain there is always things to do. Marta the host had everything ready. Recommended, without a doubt.

A clean and tidy house, and the small pool for summer days is great.

A very pleasant house on the edge of a lovely town. The accommodation was good for the four of us and despite chilly weather is was warm indoors (radiators plus wood burner). As described, the location is on a steep hill but we managed to unload and load the car quite easily, parking just up at the top with a walk back down to the house. it is also a downhill/uphill walk to the village centre. Cudillero is a super spot and the steep hills are part of the character. Beatrix is a great host, brilliant communication in English and really helpful and attentive to our (few) needs. Plenty of advice about restaurants and places to go as well. We had a great few days and as long as one is ok with the hills we would definitely recommend a stay here.

Everything in our stay in this house was perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed in this home, well organized and extremely clean. It is a small haven of peace with magnificent views of the sea, the castle and the mountains. The kids loved the garden, the trampoline, and the Ping Pong table. The proximity to the beaches and the village on foot allowed us to avoid taking the car which is a real plus in a holiday. Saske was most welcoming, responsive and available. We will definitely come back and recommend this house without a second thought!

Borja and Rebeca unbeatable in their kindness and interest in facilitating the information and being aware of what we could need. The house has a beautiful view and is very close to spectacular beaches. The house has all the necessary users, nothing is missing in the kitchen and they have the detail of leaving you fresh water, beers and other basic elements that are appreciated when you have just arrived on the trip. A great experience to spend some wonderful days as a family.

A charming cottage, in an unbeatable place in Tedejo, with very good views, quiet, with lots of detail and very beautiful. We'll be back for sure!!

The house is very nicely equipped and has everything you need! The proximity to the city is perfect for going out in the evening. Also Irene as host helped us a lot when we had questions, was always available and provided us with tips for the area 😊 We look forward to next time!
