Waterfront holiday rentals in Costa Verde

This was one of the cleanest apartment I have ever rented. As an allergic person I am always watching to see if the property has a 5* for the cleaning part. This did and it was beyond expectations- super clean and the shower gel was hypoallergenic as well. the apartment is super big and bright and Tatiana was adorable. She answered in real time to all my concerns. The position is great-minutes waking from all major points and it even has a parking near the apartment. thank you, Tatiana! 😀 if I am coming back to Gijon, I will pick this stay again. 10/10.

Host Juan and his wife were very attentive to our safe arrival. We were warmly welcomed by Juan and his son. The apartment is very nice, clean and well organized. In addition, there is a nice terrace and a beautiful view that overlooks the river and part of the sea. From there, there's plenty to discover and outings to do. Don't hesitate.

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with young children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park for about 7 minutes (footpath). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!

We spent 5 days in the apartment and it was fantastic Very well located, quiet and next to the beach Easy road connection to get around Asturias Worth repeating!

Leonor was very warm, welcoming and attentive. The appartment is very clean and well organized at walking distance from the ocean. Only downside were the barking dogs next door that kept our 2 year old awake the first night, but this does of course not reflect on the apartment or the wonderul hosts. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend this appartment for anyone looking to visit this area.

Nice accommodation and ideal as a starting point to get to know the municipality of Llanes. Beaches less than 5 minutes' drive away. A very quiet and relaxing area. The accommodation has all the necessary accessories and we didn't miss anything. We will be back!!

Wow - simply incredible. The pictures are accurate but still don’t relay the incredible position of the house. We stayed a week at the house and had both sunny and rainy weather. The house is perfect for both. What is only clear in hindsight is that the property is enormous and on its own cape. And it effectively has its own spectacular beach. It’s like having a lake house, ocean house and mountain house all in one. The house itself is in great condition and some of the built in closets, etc, are somewhat retro. After staying in 200+ Airbnbs, it’s great to stay somewhere with character and not just another IKEA furnished flat. Communication was perfect and everything we needed was readily available. The price was more than fair - this is a top 1% home.

The stay at Belén's house was amazing. We felt right at home, Belén has always been attentive to us and resolving all the doubts that have arisen from us. For the arrival to the house, it has been very nice of Belén to leave us some sweets and gluten-free cookies. He has also recommended lots of places to eat and enjoy in the area, which have been incredible. As for the house, it is as seen in the photos, a beautiful house, very clean, with everything you need for the days we have been staying and only 5 minutes from Cudillero, recognized as the most beautiful town. It's been an incredible few days, we'll be back for sure! 😊

A lovely place. The house, spread over three levels is great for a long season. In the lower area a fully equipped carport, social and games room in which you have an expansion area to play with the little ones.... A full bathroom and laundry On the ground floor, an impeccable, comfortable living room with all kinds of utilities (Google Home, Netflix...), a kitchen in which there is no missing element (including fruit and coffee...) three bedrooms (two double and one double single) and a full bathroom. All clean and organized and with a nice decoration. The icing on a lovely porch with BBQ and grasshopper.... Upstairs double bedroom and attic with two twin beds. Brooch a heated salt pool that plays a lot You add to a host who turns into making things easier for you.... and you have a dream site in which a 4 day bridge falls short. I'll be back, for more time...

We spent some nice days in Laura's house. The house is situated in a quiet, rural environment. It's all as described. Gijon, beaches and attractions are easily accessible by car. We were able to park our car right next to the house. Laura was always available, very attentive (e.g. had already turned on the heating for our arrival), friendly and helpful. Thank You! Communication with Antolina was very simple. They always responded quickly to messages and questions. We were able to enter before the time because the house was perfectly prepared. It's super easy to park on the street. It is next to a small port and a few meters walk from the center of the village and about 20 minutes walk (or 4 by car) from the beach. The hose is equipped with everything you'll need. Antolina was very kind during our stay. We'll be back for sure.

We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. We have fallen in love with the place, and we encourage you to book your stay with Alicia because you will be 100% delighted. The apartment was very nice, clean and very well equipped in terms of kitchenware and needs. The location is great for getting around Luarca, and despite being in the middle of the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, you don't hear anything. Communication with the owner was very easy. Totally recommendable.
