Beachfront holiday rental in Costa Verde

The house is small but with everything you need. The garden is very spacious and the barbecue is great for dogs. The location is very quiet and independent and close to Playa el huevo frito, you can walk there in 3 minutes and there is also a specific dog beach at the end of Marzan beach. Lots of walking areas and great sea views.

We had a great stay at Pedro’s apartment. Pedro greeted us upon arrival, gave us recommendations for local restaurants, and was a very responsive host. The apartment has beautiful views and was within walking distance of great restaurants and the beach. I would highly recommend staying here!

We spent a family vacation in Irene's apartment, we felt at home. We loved the area next to the beach and all the necessary services around. When we return to Suances, we will definitely stay at his house again.

The apartment is very well located. It has a very cool decoration with many details throughout the house of fish and photos of the sea and the area of Ribadesella very beautiful made by Javier. It has all kinds of amenities to make you feel at home, we were very comfortable. Javier was very kind and quick to respond, giving us the relevant explanations at home. He also has a notebook where everything related to the apartment is very well detailed, such as lights, controls, etc. If we return to Ribadesella, we will stay with them. Thanks to Javier and Marta

A really nice sized apartment for our family of 4, with great views of the incredible town of Ribadesella. We loved our stay and would choose Cristina’s place again if we visit in the future.

the location of the house is ideal, very close to the beach. The house is very nice and has everything, comfortable, clean and tidy. Pedro is a great host, friendly and nice. He helps you with everything you need. The garage is very large and easy to park in. We are very happy and satisfied with the house and the surroundings, our dogs were delighted. Communication with Antolina was very simple. They always responded quickly to messages and questions. We were able to enter before the time because the house was perfectly prepared. It's super easy to park on the street. It is next to a small port and a few meters walk from the center of the village and about 20 minutes walk (or 4 by car) from the beach. The hose is equipped with everything you'll need. Antolina was very kind during our stay. We'll be back for sure.

Quiet beautiful home and interesting location. Tapia is a beautiful, lovely village surrounded by attractive beaches.

I will definitely return to Suances and if America has their apartment available there I will be. The beautiful apartment, good views, well located (close to the promenade), all the comforts to feel at home, if I even leave us bread, muffins, coffee... all thinking so you can have breakfast the next day (and one day more). America welcomed us with all the kindness in the world, I explain everything about the apartment and surroundings and was attentive to the phone if we needed anything. We took a wonderful memory and eager to repeat.

Cristina’s place is very clean and well kept. The location is amazing to enjoy the town and the view is incredible. She provided many recommendations for restaurants and activities nearby.

Great place to stay. Sergio was a brilliant and responsive host. Beach was so close by with others close driving distance. Pool was amazing and our 1 year old enjoyed the baby pool. No shops in walking distance was the only downside.

Charo was fantastic, the duplex is beautiful with great views, super nice stay, swimming pool, jacuzzi and fantastic surroundings. A plus is the parking space in the same building. A 10 for the stay. Thank you for your kindness, Charo.

This was one of the cleanest apartment I have ever rented. As an allergic person I am always watching to see if the property has a 5* for the cleaning part. This did and it was beyond expectations- super clean and the shower gel was hypoallergenic as well. the apartment is super big and bright and Tatiana was adorable. She answered in real time to all my concerns. The position is great-minutes waking from all major points and it even has a parking near the apartment. thank you, Tatiana! 😀 if I am coming back to Gijon, I will pick this stay again. 10/10.

Have a nice day in surprising Gijón. From 5 high you can see the dogs on the beach, the surfers in the sea, it never gets bored. Nice city and the apartment is in a great place.

very nice stay in Ribadessella. The accommodation is very well located, the view is remarkable. The city is very pleasant and well served by the road network, allowing you to visit the surroundings between the seaside and the mountains, the region is very beautiful. We loved this stay.

I have traveled alone, to disconnect and relax. The experience has been magnificent, the surroundings of the apartment spectacular, it has exceeded my expectations to spare. Alba went every day to do her job and always attentive in case I needed anything, a very sweet and nice girl. The owner of the apartment was also aware if I needed anything. I have left with a lot of penny but looking forward to coming back again. I highly recommend it!! For me it was a unique and unforgettable experience!!
