En temporada baja el precio se ajusta al grupo: 1–2 personas = 1 habitación, 3–4 = 2 habitaciones 5–6 = 3 habitaciones. Las habitaciones no utilizadas permanecerán cerradas, pero todas las zonas comunes y exteriores son para vuestro disfrute privado. Located in Nieda, at the entrance of the Natural Park, El Coritu is a set of 2 typical Asturian apartments, built in the 9th century by my grandfather and recently renovated 2 km from Cangas de Onis, 12 km from Covadonga, 21 km from the lakes and 30 min from the beach, the house consists of 2 bedrooms (free cot option), full kitchen with all accessories, bathroom with Jacuzzi, terrace with table and chairs and views of the valleys and the Picos.

Casa 44 is a project that we managed to carry out after two years of looking for the house of our dreams. We put our heart and soul into it to make it a special house, full of handcrafted details that we hope will make our clients' stay an unforgettable experience. IMPORTANT: The Spa/Jacuzzi is contracted as an optional extra service on arrival, with a one-time price of €90 for the entire stay (July and August) and €50 for the rest of the year.

The house ir very well equipped and the garden has fruit trees and places to rest. A lot of equipment for water sports is available. Very good heater system.
