Holiday rentals with beach access in Costa Verde

Iñaki and Eva were exceptional hosts: very friendly, close and always available for any questions or recommendations. They gave us advice on places to visit. In addition, when we arrived at the apartment we found a nice detail of local products that gave us a lot of enthusiasm. They were also very attentive with our son: they left him a gift toy, so that he would also enjoy the stay, which we really appreciated. The apartment is beautiful, cared for with a lot of care and was impeccably clean. Everything is tastefully decorated, cozy and functional. My favorite corner - the kitchen window for a coffee overlooking the ocean. We will definitely be back!!!

Our stay was perfect; amazing location near the sea, very spacious and clean apartment, and Jose was super attentive and kind. It was a family trip that we will definitely repeat soon! :)

The communication with Alba was excellent, allowed us a flexible arrival and helped us find the accommodation, when we got there she was waiting for us, she informed us where to park, where to eat, where to take some ciders. The super comfortable apartment, close to everything, sea, restaurants, supermarkets. We had a great time. We will be back!

I will definitely return to Suances and if America has their apartment available there I will be. The beautiful apartment, good views, well located (close to the promenade), all the comforts to feel at home, if I even leave us bread, muffins, coffee... all thinking so you can have breakfast the next day (and one day more). America welcomed us with all the kindness in the world, I explain everything about the apartment and surroundings and was attentive to the phone if we needed anything. We took a wonderful memory and eager to repeat.

A perfect stay, the apartment is next to the seaside beach and very close to the crazy one, perfect plan to surf since it also has a surf school next to the house. Manuel was very kind and attentive to our needs, and on the floor we were very comfortable, it is as described. In short, a very nice and quiet stay to spend a few days at the beach.

From the first moment Montse and Miguel were very attentive. thanks to Miguel's help, we were able to be much more comfortable and at ease in his beautiful home. The house has all the facilities both in the kitchen and throughout the house. It is a two-minute walk from the pharmacy, bank, bar, medical office. It is a 5-minute walk from the VALDES BAZAN PALACE, and it is a center of interpretation of the CANDAMO Cave. Recommended to visit before going to the cave. You have to register on the website and then choose the day but is in high demand so do it with time. I love it. A 7-minute walk away is a small village supermarket with a lovely lady JULIA. I would come back with my eyes closed to stay in Candamo, especially for the peace and calm that the place transmits to me. Thank you very much Miguel

Rubén was very attentive from the beginning to guide us on arrival with clear instructions and flexibility of entry. It also had a nice welcome touch to the place. Spacious apartment with a good bed. Spacious bathroom and kitchen. The sofas in the living room are a little less. You are close to the beach and by car in Oviedo, Gijón and Avilés. Parking is easy on the road by the river. Antolina is very friendly, helpful and nice.

Beautiful apartment and great location. We really enjoyed its large terrace and the views. It has parking but we do not use it since there is a lot of parking in front. We will be back for sure!

Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!
