House in a quiet place and very well equipped, just ok that we were looking for, we spent a few fantastic family days enjoying everything the area has to offer

an excellent family home, with a lot of charm and super nice. The 5 rooms are excellent, everyone has their touch of glamour and has several bathrooms, maybe one of them would need a longer curtain but all very good and complete. The social area is pleasant, good living and a good dining room integrated into the kitchen. Despite being December, we were able to enjoy the garden and the terrace, very nice and very green. The heating is perfect and the owner who lives in front of the owner who lives in front of how the we were going through. Maybe because it was from RIoja and good wine consumers and being in the party period we needed drinks. The house does not have a drink, I imagine how many will have broken them in previous rentals. Although per old night they left us the detail of a few plastic cups for cava that worked for the toast. The beautiful village, the area of the spectacular house, with very well-kept gardens, Lanes is very close and the silence is magical. A family house to repeat

The stay was fantastic. The setting is beautiful and unique. The house is perfect, very cozy. The host was super attentive and provided us with endless plans and places to visit. Jacuzzy is quite an experience. Ideal to spend a few days of dreaming as a couple. Highly recommended.

Good, functional home, good use of the limited space. Perfect for a family of 4 or 5. The garden stands out, very useful to have a side access and outdoor shower, especially when coming from the beach. Small kitchen but well equipped. Conveniently located to walk to Pechon beach, on a quite little area next to town. Very responsive hosts, clear instructions, everything as they said it was. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back!

A nice and quiet place, the house nice and with what you need, we rent it to go to the haystack station which is 30 minutes from there, asique great. Recommended

My daughter and I have had a great time. Henar was always aware that our stay was as pleasant as possible. She has always been attentive to any questions that arise regarding surrounding services, leisure places, transportation... We have offered all your support, also logistical, to get to know and enjoy this beautiful part of Asturias. I highly recommend it. She is an excellent host.

Unique Lugar if you want to visit Asturias. We did our chek with Gloria her mother. An Andalusian like us and lovely wherever they are. The accommodation is spectacular and has incredible cleanliness. No doubt if we go back to Asturias we will repeat!

We had a lovely stay at Francisco and Monica's house. It was perfect for our family. We enjoyed its decoration, we felt good there. The area is very nice (discovery of Aguilar and small family hikes), perfect! We recommend for a quiet, quiet, exotic and refreshing holiday.

The house was wonderful, with all the comforts, very clean, very equipped, very comfortable. Nestor has been super attentive and very attentive to everything, he has given us flexibility at the entrance and at the exit. It has done us several favors that we needed for personal family issues. The house is very close to Gijon, the beaches and the beautiful villages of Asturias (cudillero, letres, luarca, lanes, cangas de Onis) 100% recommended.

Very great location, right on the beach. Not much going on in the area during the season (many apartments are empty.) Josete was very accommodating and communicated very well and helpfully. The house is lovely. Too bad that there is no balcony facing the sea on the living level (on the first floor) (but there is a dining table in the back and it is also sunny and windless there). In the basement, we were rarely on the terrace, as you have to go through one bedroom and we didn't want to always drag everything down. We would definitely come back…

The house is a real wonder, a paradise in Meluerda, 3 minutes from Ribadesella. The house is just as it is in the photos, beautiful. The host's attention: second to none. We enjoyed an unforgettable family weekend. 100% recommended. What's more, we know we'll do it again.

We had a great time at Borja's place. We were two couples with children and were at home. Borja was always very communicative and giving clear instructions about check-in and about the house itself. The photos reflect the reality. The house is very cozy and comfortable. It is close to walking to the village of Comillas and the surroundings are very cozy. The villa was perfect for rest in a beautiful environment set in a very interesting village. We were lucky enough to experience the local festival with traditional costumes. The nearby town, a 30-40 minutes walk away had a variety of shops with excellent quality fresh food, so we didn’t try any of the restaurants. The villa itself was spotless and well equipped.

Fantastic house, very comfortable and quiet, next to the beach and all the amenities. Fabulous for traveling with family. Elva and Bautista are charming: they made our stay easy and were attentive to what we might need.

The stay was perfect. We went to spend a couple of days to be able to do nearby routes. The house is perfect and with all amenities. There is a small patio to relax and enjoy the views, a BBQ, two bathrooms, enough kitchenware, smart TV in the living room and in the room and a super comfy bed. In addition, it is very close to supermarkets and restaurants, which is a plus for the plan we had. Finally, there is a very friendly perrete neighbor who comes to greet you during your stay. Highly recommended.

Large house (2 floors) in a nice and quiet area, with everything you need to stay for several days. Parking area right in front, which made it more affordable to take out suitcases and access the car. In a remote neighborhood but with quick and easy access to the rest of the villages or beach. Apart from all this, Raquel is an excellent host, answering our questions very quickly and making sure all the time that our stay was great. We'll do it again with more people!!
