Durante il nostro soggiorno ci siamo trovate benissimo. L’appartamento corrispondeva alle foto, la cucina è super attrezzata, anche con microonde e macchina del caffè/moka che non sempre si trovano, inoltre c’è anche la piscina. La terrazza grande, con tavolo e sedie e due sedie sdraio. Era tutto pulito, tranne i divani in salotto che avevano un po’ di polvere e sembrano un po’ vecchi, c’è anche una tv dove si potrebbe guardare Netflix con il proprio account. Il bagno era pulito con una doccia grande. Nel complesso ci siamo trovate bene, tranne per la possibilità di trovare parcheggio ma questo problema è in tutta Tenerife… Consiglio di alloggiare in questa zona molto tranquilla e con la spiaggia davanti al condominio.

Schoon, alles wat je nodig kunt hebben is er, Rustige locatie met een heerlijk zwembad, een balkon waar makkelijk 2 ligstoelen passen. Internet werkt uitstekend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Tenerife dans l’appartement de Kotryna, le balcon avec vue sur le coucher de soleil est appréciable. L’appartement est bien équipé. Le quartier est calme, et il est facile de se garer à proximité de l’immeuble. Les échanges étaient faciles avec Kotryna.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment in Tenerife! The view is absolutely breathtaking. The apartment itself is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Jose was a wonderful host — very responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the best of Tenerife!

Christian a été très proactif pour nous envoyer les instructions et de bonnes adresses. La vue est très sympa. L'appartement est mieux que sur les photos, le canapé a été changé 🙂 Très bien équipé, machine à laver et lave vaisselle avec doses, très appréciables. À savoir, l'appartement est au 3e étage sans ascenseur. Les environs sont très calmes, mais l'insonorisation dans la résidence est assez légère, on entend facilement les voisins. Je pense que nous n'avons pas eu beaucoup de chance, mais le ciel était toujours couvert avec pas mal de vent (début juin), alors qu'en faisant 30min de voiture, on retrouvait le soleil et la chaleur. La ville est assez petite et peu animée, pour les personnes souhaitant du calme, c'est très bien, sinon il vaut mieux faire un peu de voiture pour visiter les environs. À 1h-1h20 des randonnées du Teide, à 1h de los Gigantes et de Puerto de la Cruz, l'emplacement est bien si vous aimez bouger 🙂

This beautiful apartment really is a hidden gem. We especially enjoyed the phenomenal view from the terrace - whether at breakfast, by the pool or at dinner. It was fantastic. The apartment is very clean and also beautifully furnished and designed. Pascale and Koen offered an earlier check-in, always proactively provided us with new towels and were very friendly and helpful. They made our week in their apartment even more enjoyable. It was such a lovely vacation and we hope to return sometime.

Our second stay, great location, across the street from the ocean, great restaurants and grocery shopping nearby, love the balcony.

Francesco's place is a beautiful, well stocked apartment with the most spectacular views from the spacious, sunny balcony. The bathroom was en-suite off the bedroom. The infinity swimming pool is an added feature. This was our second year spending a month there and we look forward to coming back next year. On street parking is available close by and there are a number of restaurants within ten minutes walk. ( We recommend the Calma Balkan Cuisine 5 mins away).

Het was een fijn verblijf bij Yves. Ook voor ons zoontje van 1,5 was het appartement goed geschikt.Met de auto zat je overal zo en kun je het eiland goed ontdekken. Alle communicatie verliep goed en wij kijken erg positief terug op onze tijd in het appartement.

Meget fin og funktionel lejlighed. Vi indrettede kontor og arbejdspladser, så vi kunne arbejde i de 2 uger vi var i Marias lejlighed. Der var rigtig gode borde og stole, og indretningen af lejligheden var perfekt til dette formål. Lejligheden er moderniseret og har bl.a. et nyere badeværelse, et velindrettet køkken/stue og en meget fin altan. Der er et par mindre ulemper ved lejligheden, som f.eks. et meget lille køleskab samt en meget blød seng. Dette har jeg skrevet til Maria, og hun har sagt at det vil blive ordnet. En sidste ting man skal være opmærksom på er, at lejligheden ligger i den del af bygningen, der ligger i nærheden af vejen, så der kan godt være lidt støj. Men ikke noget stort problem. Vi sov fint om natten alligevel.

We have just returned from a week staying at this property. From initial enquiry - check out Ruth was very friendly , helpful and available if needed. Ahead of going we received clear video instructions for collecting the key / entering the property and information about the apartment itself. As well as links to local attractions/ restaurants. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood with views of the mountain. It was a clean place with all the things you would need for a stay. Even little pots of olive oil which came in very handy ! The building has a lift which is very helpful especially with cases. Ruth recommended we took a taxi to the apartment as it's a bit hard going with cases. We took a bus and she was right it was a bit of a hill arriving but the bus stop is just a few mins away which is very convenient from the airport. It also was only 10-15 mins walk to the beach / shops and restaurants. We also particularly enjoyed the restaurant "k-vegan" which was local !

We had a great stay. The place is spacious and has above average amenities. It’s also the first place out of three with proper sized (IKEA) foam mattresses instead of the usual to small hard spring matrasses. We slept fantastic! It was quiet as it was November with low occupancy in the block. I can imagine with loud people staying late on balconies it may differ in peak holiday season. We had a few inconsiderate neighbors at 3am and then You hear it all. Great terrace to dine on. Solid kitchen with all you need to cook. Note that to get to the place from parking you have many stairs for those with physical limitations. We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Temperature was cool inside despite 25-29 degrees outside and no airco present. Only negative to state: Shower has very limited hot water. Almost 1 Person only.

We enjoyed a peaceful & relaxing holiday. Great choice of restaurants to eat. The apartment was spotless & the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Данное жилье идеально в соотношении цены и качества. Шикарный вид из окна на океан + наличие различных кафе и пляж в паре минут от выхода с дома это прекрасно. В апартаментах было все что нужно для проживания, включая комплимент в виде натурального кофе))

Hemos tenido una estancia fenomenal, el piso muy limpio y ordenado. Todo como nuevo., tenía todo lo que necesitamos, esta muy cerca de las Playas, restaurantes, supermercados... Lo recomendamos..nos encantó.

Alessandro is a great, super friendly and reponsive host. Small extra (well thought through) details in the studio make you feel very welcome and are super useful. the ocean view from the balcony is just stunning. Awesome that you can safely park a car just in front of the building. great choice for your stay in Tenerife.

Elodie is an excellent host very responsive Checks in during the stay. Apartment was well equipped for our 4 week stay. Pool area was nice with a great view! 2 supermarkets within walking distance We enjoyed our stay!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It's located just a short walk from the beach, which was super convenient. The apartment is in a secure, closed complex, which made it feel very safe. Parking was easy and hassle-free, no issues at all. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient beachside stay.

We had an amazing time at Fred’s apartment, hosted by the lovely Katia. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The apartment is spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, a super king-size bed, and a modern bathroom. The private rooftop terrace was our favourite spot—perfect for sunbathing, dining, and watching sunsets. The two shared pools were clean and quiet. Located in peaceful Palm Mar, the area has great restaurants, two nearby supermarkets, and is within walking distance to the beach and promenade. The apartment matched the photos exactly and felt like a true home away from home. Katia was a fantastic host—friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. We had a relaxing, memorable stay and would love to return. Highly recommended!
